I forgot to write earlier that we bought 24 ribbon donuts in a home bakery. This is a traditional Hungarian sweet. I love donuts, it’s full of jam, the taste is divine. Unfortunately, making it at home is quite time-consuming. Because it is leavened dough and must be fermented several times. If anyone is interested, I’ll be happy to describe the recipe in my next post. Now I snuggle into my bed in front of the TV and take the donuts with me. Before, donuts are one of my favorite food but as I age, my appetite for it has lessened or my body tells me to eat less sweets.
