❗UPDATE ❗ Problem solved! I logged out and logged back in with my Bitcoin.com wallet using the QR code. Everything works wonderfully again! —-------------------- I do not know what happened. When I was able to join @halu's community, cashrain asked for my details, Bitcoin.com wallet and email again and I can no longer join social platforms and save because it says another user is already registered with this wallet address. Now I can only log in from my phone, no change. Then I can't use the desktop version from now on. Does anyone have any ideas?

It's beta, so sometimes it may have issues or bugs we don't know about. It also has a report bug feature.

  I also use cashrain from the browser on the phone, according to them, I can't use the laptop from here on, because maybe the system detects that I have 2 accounts. It's quite strange. Everything has worked so far. I prefer to work on a laptop, it's faster for me.

    Check how did you create the first account. If it is Twitch, then you can log in with it. Then you choose which account to keep. Delete the account you don't want.

This happens because you have accessed cashrain using one of your social network accounts, so what you have to do is login again with that account, either the twitch one or the social network you linked with cash rain, that's all, no you worry.

My advice is to join the official cash rain discord server and under the general chat section write about this issue you are facing an official cash rain employee will look into it. Support email don't respond to quries in my experience.

Joining with a BCH address is probably not a good choice. Joining could have been via email, and verification could have been via social media identities.
