Many of us especially during this crisis are taking vitamins. I remember when the Enhanced Community Quarantine was raised in high risk areas in the Philippines, the multivitamins are being sold out in any drug stores because of the demand.

We take multivitamins because we need to stay healthy but do we really know what vitamins are we really taking? Is that really good for our body?

Multivitamins are supplements that provides important vitamins and minerals to our body. They may come in different forms, tablet, chewable, powders or in liquid. The vitamins and minerals in a multivitamins depends on their brand.
