It was about last week when I keep getting points freezed when I decided to create another account, coz I thought there was something wrong with my account. There actually is nothing wrong creating another account, but I made a mistake of liking posts on my original account. They were able to trace the same IP address on both my accounts. That's the reason why I got penalized. Good thing it only lasted about 4 days, coz I was expecting it to be a week, as what the notice is telling.
Did they send you notification saying you have been penalized? I was just curious because i have been experiencing freezing points, i may have been penalized without knowing it..
Yes. But not actually some sort of an email, but a notification when I accessed My Account.
