Will We Have Decentralized Jobs? It was at 13 or 14 years old when I started to think about how the games I play were made. What I discovered was games were developed with a programming language called C++. After that, I learned more about it and realized what I wanted to do for a living. I studied hard and spent many hours in my free time improving my skills, and after some years, I got my first job. Recently, I was wondering about the 9-5 job and how cryptocurrencies could change the way we work. It was when I solved a bug in an open-source project when I had the idea, what if I could get rewarded every time I solve an issue? Think like an evolution of Justeat, Ubereats, or any other food delivery service. In the IT field, it’s very normal to work like this: you are assigned a task to be completed within a limited time, depending on the difficulty. So, imagine getting paid between 0.01-0.1 ETH every time you complete a task. I would work more motivated if that happens, don’t you? Job Decentralization The tech world is expanding now even more than before. Blockchain is and will be a revolution in every aspect of our life. At some point, if the digital world moves to a more decentralized state, there should be a deficit in the number of developers, designers, etc... The new apps and services in the crypto space appearing from nowhere means the demand for high-skilled will increase. These new projects will suffer from a labor shortage, so finding and hiring new workers will be difficult. A solution could be to decentralize the job or task. For example, the manager of the team could create different tasks. These tasks could consist of adding a new feature or fix a bug. Then, the manager adds a reward and publishes it on Github. Later, the developer sees the task and assigns it to itself. Once is finished, a member of the team reviews the task and if it’s good enough then it will set the task as finished, then an automated system sends the reward to that anonymous developer. In the end, is very similar to freelancing but with the benefits of crypto and blockchain. The *crypto freelance* would choose the workload, the project, or the place; so it should expect more freedom in its life and choices. At this point, there is no need for a contract or anything related. The developer just gets the task and does the job, receiving crypto in exchange. Then, the developer will decide if wants to keep working on more task of the same project or move on. However, I don’t think this could apply to all types of jobs. Delivery food jobs already work great with this model, but at the moment, many businesses need to implement full automation for non-qualify jobs. Thanks for reading! How to Earn Playing Kolobok https://www.pexels.com/photo/blue-universe-956981/ If you like blockchain gaming and enjoy earning while playing, then is probably you’ve played Alien Worlds and staked NFT in Rplanet. Maybe you are wondering if there are other similar games, well, the answer is Kolobok. Kolobok is a game about breeding creatures and sending them on adventures to **get rewards**. It sounds simple but probably is a little bit intimidating at first look. This guide will help you to start playing Kolobok and **create a new source of income**. How To Start Playing Koloboks If you visit Kolobok for the first time —and after login with your wax account—, what you will see is nothing. At this moment, we have to buy our first Koloboks, let’s go to the marketplace. https://wax.kolobok.io/koloboks https://wax.simplemarket.io/products?skip=0&limit=10&authors=ilovekolobok&categories=kolobok&asset.mdata.health.raw=100&priceFilter=1&isVerifiedAuthorsOnly=true&locale=en Buy Koloboks on the Marketplace Sadly, Koloboks are not sold in AtomicHub, but we can buy them on Simplemarket. If you have used the previous link, you will see a list of Koloboks from cheapest to expensive. For this game, **you’ll need less than 1 WAX to start playing** (at the moment of writing this), you can easily earn WAX playing Alien Worlds and selling TLM on Alcor. https://wax.simplemarket.io/products?skip=0&limit=10&authors=ilovekolobok&categories=kolobok&asset.mdata.health.raw=100&priceFilter=1&isVerifiedAuthorsOnly=true&locale=en I don’t have a recommendation about what are the best Kolobks, but I can tell you some tips to start with: If you see a Kolobok with a cross, don’t buy it because it means **it’s dead and therefore, useless in-game**. You only need to buy a minimum of 2, but I would buy a few more to make things faster. Buy Koloboks different in colors and forms between them, this is aesthetic and optional. Just buy the cheapest one to learn the game mechanics. *Dead Kolobks. Useless, unless you pay the resurrection.* Breeding the Koloboks After you bought your first set of Koloboks, the only way **to get more for free is through the breeding system**. It’s very easy, you just need to pair two creatures and name the newborn. Then, you’ll need to wait for some time until breeding finishes. However, there is a 60% chance the new creature borns dead. In that case, there is nothing you can do because **it will be useless and worthless**. Sometimes you can trade these dead Koloboks for 1 Kbuck on the bounty page. https://wax.kolobok.io/bounty But don’t worry too much about it, after your paired Koloboks have rested you can try again. My recommendation is to breed a bunch of them before sending them on adventures. Once breeding is successful, you can claim your new Kolobok on the claim page. https://wax.kolobok.io/claim Also, you can check the breeding status on the breeding tab. https://wax.kolobok.io/breeding Buy Adventure Slots The next thing we need to do is to buy adventure slots. After we have a good number of Koloboks we will start to **send them on adventures**. https://wax.kolobok.io/adventures My recommendation is to **start with one and then buy more when need it**. These slots cost 1 WAX initially, but they will **increase exponentially** after your second or third slot. Normally, you won’t send all your Kolobok on adventures because some of them will be breeding and resting. In my case, I have 3 slots for 10 creatures. Once you’ve got your first slot, you can send your first creature to adventure. Sending your Kolobok into adventures will reward you with Kbucks, the game currency token, or an NFT if you are lucky. There are different levels of difficulty, **the harder and riskier, the more rewarding**. However, there is a chance your Kolobok die in the adventures. This chance normally varies between 3% and 70%. My recommendation is to send your Koloboks to the easiest adventures first. When you have a lot of them, so it doesn’t matter to lose a few ones, I would start doing the hardest quest. Earning WAX After you get used to the game and learn the mechanics, which are pretty basic, you can start earning some WAX. There are three methods: **Breeding**. As with any blockchain game, the better, rarer, and unique something is, the more valuable will be. Breeding the best Kolobok could generate a nice income for you. For now, this is more advanced and complicated. **Kbucks**. You simply can sell your Kbucks tokens earned in adventures in Alcor Exchange. https://wax.alcor.exchange/ **NFT**. Selling your NFT at Simple Market or stacking them on Rplanet. https://wax.simplemarket.io/ https://rplanet.io/ Also, the game doesn't require too much attention, just 1 or 2 times a day. This is especially good if you want **another source of income with low maintenance**. And you can stake the NFT on Rplanet, the common ones generate ~0.26 AETHER, which is nice. And that was everything for now. The game will look complicated but after a while, you will realize it's very simple. Hope this article was helpful for you. Please, remember to like, comment, and follow me for more, thanks!

Why You Should Listen to Synthwave If you have been looking for a new music genre **to be played in the background and that doesn’t distract you** while studying, reading, or working then you are in the right place. In this article, I want to introduce you to the synthwave and chillwave genres and why both of them could be your best friends. It Transports You To Another Time This music is about nostalgia because you will feel the rhythm and beats from the ’80s. Even if you were born after the 90’s you will feel the same but it will be slightly different because it wasn’t a period where you lived in. Or whether you are a fan of science fiction, then the synthwave will transport your mind to a fictional world. A world with machines, artificial intelligence, and the streets full of trash, steam, and people. Thanks to this genre, you can avoid reality for some time and imagine yourself in another place, for example, in the Blade Runner reality. Is Your Best Company Either because you are studying, working, reading, or taking a walk, synthwave will be your best company. We are talking about a piece of music that fits the background tag perfectly, it won’t distract you from whatever you are doing. Is Relaxing Synthwave helps your mental peace because it has some binaural vibes. For a moment, you will forget about this world and your mind will think you are in another place. Therefore, **all your problems suddenly stop existing and your anxiety will go away**, after this, your mind will be rested. Is Motivating Everybody has those days where we feel tired or lazy. Start to work on your project or work could feel like a core, but once you get used to working while listening to synthwave, **your brain will concentrate** and will switch to work mode. Also, it helps to mute the environmental noise, which is very important to keep the concentration. Where to Listen to Synthwave Music There are very good resources, here are a few of them: Online radio https://synthwave.hu/ ThePrimeThanatos‘s channel https://youtube.com/user/ThePrimeThanatos Asthenic’s channel https://www.youtube.com/c/Asthenic Astral Thorb’s channel https://www.youtube.com/c/AstralThrob/featured

I Wan More BCH! Thanks to Noise Cash and because is possible to send all tips directly to any BCH address, I could save a small amount of BCash in Celsius where is earning some nice interest (0.00003 BCH). Even if it’s only $0.02 worth of BCH every week, it feels like heroin through my eyes. **All I think is to get more BCH**. For now, I have a few options. Write more posts Ok, this is the hardest part for me because I’m a lazy ass introvert, and I know my posts will be mostly ignored by everyone in the beginning. But is fine, this is not Medium where you need to do sacrifices like register on Twitter and attach some hashtags to get a view. However, if I focus on high-quality ~~shit~~posts, I will get some nice and fellow followers in the long term. I know **this platform and BCH will grow over time** and I want to be in this spaceship to the moon. Also, I love this platform, **is polished and simple**. I can save my post as a draft and continue writing the next day without paying any premium membership, which is nice. You can feel devs here get paid in BCH instead of fiat. Write more posts on Noise Cash I don’t know how but I have nearly 300 followers on Noise Cash. But I got nothing because I don’t post daily. Recently, there were a lot of changes to increase good quality posts and better engagement. So, that's what exactly my plan is, create short, good quality posts and engage more in the chambers and on the people I follow. If I can get at least $0.25 worth of BCH every day, that would be a blessing! **Buy More BCH** This is simple, go to my favorite CEX and buy BCH every month and HODL. The final goal DeFi, lending, and anything to move the BCH economy, baby! The last goal should be to earn enough BCH from passive income to make a living. I don't want to work 9-5 for the rest of my life and **Bitcoin Cash is a great opportunity** to accomplish this kind of goal. I expect BCH to be accepted on a lot of platforms in the mid-term. The first step should be to cover my expenses when traveling because already you can book hotels and flights with BCH on Travala. Now, imagine if you earn enough passive income, let's say you get $75 worth of BCH daily and the hotel room is around $50 daily. You basically are **living for free** in a hotel room, like when you were in your parent's house. All of this is possible, but needs a lot of work and investing. Because I think **BCH will moon in the future** I expect that will make half of the work for me. So, now is time to get as much Bitcoin Cash as I can. And that’s all, wish you the best in your life. Buy more BCH and pay on BCH! Thanks for reading, remember to **subscribe** and **like** this post! Source of the lead image https://www.pexels.com/photo/green-leaf-1048033/

Always Look For the Truth Nowadays, If you want to stay informed then you must **investigate on your own** and come to a conclusion. Otherwise, if someone wants to be manipulated and misinformed then just will keep saying yes with the head in front of a screen or read the headlines of its favorites newspapers. It was more than ten years ago when I decided to not watch TV anymore, but don’t get me wrong, I still watch series and movies. Is because there were a lot of stupid shows for stupid people. I was tired of hearing always the same jokes about the same groups and a bunch of people talking about the economy without being economists. Also, it was almost one year since I changed the most read digital newspapers for other most neutral. When you read these newspapers, in the long term you realize the manipulation in it. They know that most people don’t read the articles but just the headlines. Once you open and read the article is easy to spot a lot of **contradictions and hidden information**. The journalist should **seek and investigate the truth** but they just give the reason to their beloved politicians or political party. All you read in the newspaper and all you watch in the news is pure bullshit. What are their interests? The interest behind mass media is always the same, **money**. After opening their webpage in the case of digital newspaper, you will see a lot of ads and most of them are about oligopolies like banks, electric companies, and also government campaigns. So, if the newspaper or TV show received a lot of money from them, what are the incentives to criticize? That's how you **shut up the public opinion**. Also, is not strange to see articles written or signed by those politicians or big companies' CEO. Normally, they talk about how awesome they are doing their job and how everyone will benefit. Another one, we have 'green' oil companies talking about **how to fight climate change**, this is my favorite. What can we do? Our duty as citizens is to find the truth, therefore we should start changing our channels of information. The internet is the best place for it but you need to deal with the excess of information or what I say, to **separate the wheat from the chaff**.  Always make sure that they are **independent** and where their source of income doesn't come from big companies directly but from the users or third-party ads. If you are going to participate in a community, then make sure is not a circlejerk like Reddit, Medium, or Twitter.  The popular and most voted/downvoted comments are always an indicator of how healthy is the community. If well-argumented comments are downvoted in favor of more generic and popular opinions without any proof, argument, or logic behind then is a **symptom of toxicity** and should be avoided. The most important thing we can do is to research the topic, check the sources and form our own conclusions. We should not let other people influence our opinion. After many years of doing this, what is clear at least for me, is that talking about politics should be avoided at all and don't lose time discussing it. In resume, mass media like TVs and newspapers are going to manipulate, lie or distort reality. They receive money from big companies, lobbies, and the government in form of advertisements. Also, social media could be an echo chamber for its users where free or contrarian opinion is some kind of crime. Always investigate by yourself, seeking the truth and proofs, and form your own opinion, not the others.

Introduction Post For Jmsansan **Who am I** I'm just a Spanish guy who lives on a small island named Gran Canaria. In my free time, you will find me surfing, playing some videogames, watching good movies, reading or taking photos. My background in finance comes since I was a child, at that moment of my life I was very curious about the stock market because I didn't know what it was all about. Then, it wasn't until my early 18 where I was more interested in the topic. At that age, I was poor and broke to invest so all I could do was to read and expand my knowledge. A few years after, I got my first job and with it, I started investing in the stock market. And then, Bitcoin appeared in the scene. I knew Bitcoin from before when it was around 75$. But because I was poor and no job I forget about it, it feels so sad now when I remember that. However, last year I started to invest small amounts of money in crypto and the result was amazing. I just discovered a new world and a new alternative to our non-sense economic model based on wrong political decisions, bureaucracy, taxes, regulations, and debt. And now I'm here, in this side of history because I feel free in the crypto world. My dream is that new technology changes the world as the Internet did and ends in an alternative to the actual real-world economy model. **What I'll Be Writing About** The articles I will be writing here will be related to investments and crypto. Also, in a lower frequency, I will be writing about life, photography, videogames, or anything that gets my attention and I like. Normally, I write from my experiences or knowledge but you can also expect descriptive or information texts. Also, when I write about a new topic, it forces me to research that field, and is something I really enjoy because I learn a lot. Therefore, I will make mistakes so don't be shy and correct me if I'm wrong, I will appreciate it. Because my main language is Spanish, you will probably see articles in Spanish, English, or both at the same time. I'm still exploring this site and looking at what I can do to get the best related to different topics and languages. **Closing the Door** Maybe you know me from other websites or social media like LeoFinance, Publish0x, or recently, Noise Cash. Also, I have a blog in Spanish called CriptoEco where I try to bring more people into de crypto and decentralized world. Feel free to follow on any of those! https://leofinance.io/@jmsansan.leo https://www.publish0x.com/@jmsansan?a=zPdyPQ0nbQ https://noise.cash/u/jmsansan https://criptoeco.com See you soon!
