Burnt Basque Cheesecake 💛 Yes, it looks burnt on the outside, but it's really delicious on the inside. In every bite you can taste the richness and creamines of cheese flavoured cake without any taste of bitterness from the burnt top. We can't really judge things based on what we see, on it's physical aspect, because we'll never know unless we dig in deeper or understand where it came from.
