Anime Finds: One Punch Man Here's Saitama, one of my binged worthy anime series that recently watched. I think he's one of the strongest characters because he never lost (yet?) in the battle of the whole series (anime and manga). I like his very cool personality and a hero for fun dude lol! What's your snacks (merienda) for today? Here's mine, one is sticky rice with corn and coconut milk (left) and another sticky rice with mung-beans and coconut milk (right). Which one do you prefer? It's hard to choose for me, because I love the sweet taste of these menu, so I tasted and eat both. One was given by our neighbor and the other one was cooked by my mom. Friday Reflection. A busy work week for me, but thanks God everything just got fine. Thanks to the people around me, who continue to support and believe in me (because they don't have a choice! One of the scenic view that I'll never forget, even if its not the typical white sand beach, it really stun the tourist who came here. The crescent shape island and the view of the mountains feels so close to nature. It's an isolated place perfect to relax and calm yourself with the sound of nature. Having some food trips on Korean cuisines, japchae (korean glass noodles stir fry) and kimbap (korean sushi rolls). Everything is so good, perfect for bonding nights with close friends, watching some kdrama to add some good vibes. It's gloomy to rainy Monday! Reading news saddened my mood, because of the recurring cases of Covid19. Today marks the all time high cases in our country, the restrictions were shifted to more favorable to the economy. Hopefully this will do good for the whole month. Do you have a lucky charm accessories, you're wearing all the time? When we're roaming around Binondo, Chinatown we passed by these lucky charm bracelets. They have different symbols for life, love, money and other aspects as you wish. They're doing some rituals and forms of prayers when you buy one. A rainy Friday evening, another tropical storm is approaching. I remember in one of my travels, when a rain comes during a visit in a very picturesque place. We cannot explore the whole site because the rain got stronger, so we had no choice but to stay in a covered area until it stops. Another seasonal fruit harvested from our backyard. It's called "rambutan" a tropical fruit with soft spines or a hairy like outside but juicy and sweet on the inside. I've checked in google if there's english term for it, but I found none, so it means we're calling it the same. Or you can share how do you call this type of fruit in your place. Got full eating lots of it this weekend, we also made some long fruit stick to get those in top of the tree. Yey!

Creamy Pumpkin Soup We have lots of squash from our neighbor so my mama decided to have this dish for dinner, perfect for this gloomy weather. A few ingredients and easy to prepare, you need onion, garlic, oil, squash, milk, all purpose cream (optional), salt, pepper and chicken/pork broth. It's always a good choice exploring a marine theme park. The underwater world is an exciting and interesting adventure, witnessing different sea creatures and their habitat makes us in awe. It was so colorful and mesmerizing to see in person. Most of the aquatic species can be in seen in this one big and wonderful aquarium. It's a rainy Monday, need to go home early, we're expecting a heavy traffic jam due to flood along the way, so hungry while on the road. One of my exciting adventures is when we had this activity - sandboarding, in the midst of scorching weather. It's really a desert experience but we enjoyed every bit of it. It's a rare moment I crave for healthy food, haha! Here's some wrapped veggies I previously ordered from my cousin. One piece of it satisfies my tummy because it's full of veggies like carrots, cucumber, lettuce, a tasty meat like chicken and crab sticks, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
