It's another manic Monday, we're so busy because of the coming ECQ again. Have to meet our deadline and strict cut off for the day. We're lacking of manpower, some of my teammates needs to be quarantine, we have to assume their workloads for now. It's really important to invest in our health, take vitamins, eat nutritious food and exercise if still have time. Keep safe everyone! Oks, go back to work. 😉

Got my 2nd dose of vaccine today! Yey. 😁 It's not just a good decision, but it's a right choice. Always "prevention is better than cure" let's help our country achieve herd immunity goal. Though some of us experience long line and waiting, what important is we did our part not only to protect ourself but also for our love ones. Avocado Shake and Creamy Avocado Sago (tapioca) The weather is now good for some refreshing desserts. I made avocado shake with black tapioca and powdered milk on top. Then since we still have more, trying this avocado sago with heavy cream. All taste's good, creamy and not so sweet of course. Who loves desserts? 🙋♀️ #Food

The Valley of Colors While browsing my photos, saw this picture and suddenly I miss Baguio. It's the best option if you want to go somewhere cold and literally far from the Metro. One of my unforgettable travel, when we visited Universal Studio in Singapore. We're tired roaming around this place and experiencing the rides so we decided to rest for a while but we can't find the perfect place since there's a lot of people in resto and there's a long line in other attractions. Do you believe in writing wishes in a lantern and it might come true? We have tried this belief when we visited this place, we wrote messages and wishes on the lanterns before releasing them. There are color combinations to choose from, each color represents different goal such as love, health, fortune and anything in general. I have tried this sport, Archery, indoor. It's my first time to handle these equipments, the arrow and bow, it's quite heavy. It requires focus and breathing exercise to be able to hit the target. Well, I don't expect too much because it's hard to concentrate and I'm pressured because a friend of mine is really good even if it's her first time too. Lol! It's really fun trying new recreational activities sometimes. My friend also invited us to try Bowling. Why everything is so heavy?! Hahah! 😂 The ball being use to play in this game is quite heavy and again, I didn't get a strike but enjoying the moment is more important (just an excuse! Lol!). Taal Lake, Laurel Batangas This is the closest view I had, behind the Taal Volcano, after the minor volcanic activity this past month. We ate snack near the area and while waiting for our order, I took pictures and see how calm it is during this time. The lake reflects the color of the sky and the bamboo raft in the center is swaying by the wind. Just the look of it makes me feel relax and think peacefully for a while. #Photography

Mangosteen Fruit. Whenever I see this fruit, I make sure to buy at least a kilo of it, because it's quite rare to find. I love the taste of sweet and a bit sour juicy extract from it. This fruit is indeed a highly nutritious one, it contains vitamins, mineral and a good source of fiber. I will surely recommend this to everyone! #Food

We travel in this country to visit one of the World Heritage Sites. We spent the whole day exploring the story behind each temple and found the rich culture through the sculpture, carvings and ancient tools. The massive ground and structure is unvelievable but all are real and tested by time. It is indeed a great wonder of antiquity. Sour soup in Tamarind (Sinigang) and Salted Egg Shrimp. Dinner cooked by my younger brother. Yey! It's a good idea if you're not eating the shrimp's head part, separate it and make a soup out of it then the shrimp's body do any viand you like and you have this complete meal. More rice please. A sweet way to start my Monday, Burnt Basque Cheesecake with strawberries and choco chips on top. I keep on trying different food these days, I just miss the random food trips we had before the pandemic. Or maybe this is what we called "stress eating", haha! I've been using this wearable air purifier for a year, but I don't know if this is really effective. Hehe! Oh well, as long as it doesn't do bad for the health, it will be somehow useful. This product claims to clean the air you breath for about a meter and also good if you have allergic rhinitis. Just remember to always take care of yourself, because health will always be our wealth. 😉 What's your thoughts in this product?

Clam Soup for dinner with lots of ginger to sooth our throat. We seldom see this available in the market here in the metro, so we grab some when there is. We usually cook it with garlic, onion leaks, water, ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Just right on this rainy weather at night. #Food
