2 days ago, my Aunt-in-law was hospitalized due to complications in pneumonia. She was strongly advised to be intubated, but she refused because of her belief that the government is going to put microchips in her body. She partially recovered but her oxygen level dropped at 13% yesterday and unfortunately, she was "reaped" today at 9:00 AM. I just realized that she had the option to live and spend the rest of her remaining days taking care of her grandchildren but chose "death" because of some "miseducation". This is one of the scenarios which I believe, isn't the will of God. She had the choice and I was just really disappointed. Oh well, it's her life. I am posting this not to spark debate and stuff, I just couldn't believe that life is so fragile and delicate. Let us make sure we spend time to those we love and we tell them how much we care as much as we can.

Sorry to hear sis... our condolences to your aunt-in-law's family. Life is fleeting indeed, and no one knows when the grim reaper comes. So yes, spend time and tell the people who matter most to us that they are precious and that we love them. May her soul rest in peace...
Thank you sis, nanghihinayang lang ako kasi she had a great fighting chance but she refused. They wanted to intubate her when her oxygen level was at 13% na lang. Kung kelang too late na. But di naman nangyari kasi ayaw talaga nung patient.
Perhaps it was really her wishes sis and you just let her be. Ganon talaga siguro ang life...

I'm sorry for your loss. And I understand your frustration. Sometimes misinformation has unfortunate consequences. Or maybe it was her day. And even if she had taken another decision, the outcome would have been the same. Unfortunately, you will never know. A hug in these difficult moments!
