Why are so many people still affected by the disease?

Occupational First Aid & BLS CPR w/ AED Training
My experience in participating in training on how to first aid patients who have had an accident or something bad happened to them because no Ambulance has arrived yet. It is very important that we have learned something like this because it is a big help to our community when an unexpected accident happens around us and you are the one who actually saw that accident, and when you know something you can help the First Aiders who are professionals. they won't have any more difficulties because you know something and a person's life is prolonged because of you, and if that person finds out that you helped him to prolong his life and God will take care of you because you helped your neighbor willingly .
Why did I join this training?
You can see in the title "Occupational" in companies that have a requirement for a business permit of a company because when the company has a job that is dangerous to the employee, there really needs to be one or several who know how to do First Aid because we do not know when the disaster will come. My second purpose for joining here is because my uncle should be the one to attend here but he is sick and old and on the day of the training he had a cough so he didn't even replace me and volunteered so that he wouldn't have to. he will endure three days of training because he is well aged. My uncle's company is a "Rice Wholesale & Retail" so our business permit requires it because our employees carry sacks of rice that weigh 25 kilos and 50 kilos each and sometimes they combine lifting it like 100 kilos in a lift to facilitate their work and we also did not take long because there is still a flight and avoid extreme heat due to the weather today.
What did we do in training?
First day of training we all introduced ourselves to my company
we came from, what is our real name or nickname so we can also get to know each other, next we lectured a morning to afternoon class for the Second day is actual again. Our instructor was very kind because he even made us laugh because it was really sleepy in class as if we had become students even though we were old for the whole three days of training. We were taught how to properly respond to a patient who has fainted or not because to give respect and not be embarrassed to look and do not be nervous when you are a First Aider because you worsen his psychological mindset you should really do is give him positive thinking that he can do it and he will still live because even psychologically, the survival of a person who has an accident is great.
Second day of training we were taught how to do CPR, bandaging with fractures and large wounds that bleed badly, how to lift a patient even if you are alone and lift with someone when you are fully a First Aider so as not to further hurt a patient with the step by step you do to him because you know what you are doing how to avoid the mistakes that other First Aiders do I am not saying that they do not know but how to execute when actual. There are First Aiders because they are training but they don't know how to execute and they don't synchronize to work. After we taught we did a written exam of
our of 50/50 and I passed the 1st exam and 2nd exam because just back and forth even if it's just a day of lecture, you can easily figure out immediately what the correct answer is.
Third day of training is actual rescure, the final exam to see if you are really deserving to be called a certified first aider. When I thought that the final exam was my 1st exam, how to give First Aid to an unconscious and pulseless patient, how to execute correctly and do the right sequence for the patient to regain his consciousness, I was nervous at first but then continued to be quite straightforward that what I did was check the patient's breathing, pulse and CPR to have a pulse and breathing, that you should follow your instructor what happened to the patient . 2nd exam is an infant again who has no pulse and consciousness and needs to return his breathing and pulse.
The result of my exam was that I passed and finished our final exam first but I don't lose my nervousness, it's not a joke to rescue an unconscious patient because when the patient is touched first, he is your responsibility first.
What is the sequence done to rescue the unconscious?
