FEAR IS OVERCOME WITH ACTION. One of the greatest surprises you'll experience in life is when you discover that you can do what you were afraid you couldn't do. Your obstacles will melt away if instead of cowering before them, you make up your mind to walk boldly through them. Do the thing you fear and fear disappears. Confront your fears, list them, get to know them, and only then will you be able to put them aside and move ahead. When you face the things that scare you, you open the door to freedom. The only thing you have to fear is fear itself.

To put you to sleep to an endless dream. *When I turn towards your dazzling gaze, my eyes suddenly becomes full of azure and stars,* *I remember one of those charming looks, like a divine balm, a gift you have, More obscure pleasures I will lift the veils off,* *My goal is to put you to sleep to an endless dream, lying beside me, our bodies entwined in a blissful deep,* *Suddenly, you raise your young head, am not ungrateful and do not repent, I am truthful and will never relent,* *To you my Darling, I suffer and I am worried, but I am hurried to keep your safe, after a night of sumptuous meal,* *So, have I done something strange, Explain, if you can, my confusion and my fear?* *I linger to hear when you will say to me, My angel, my Darling, And yet I feel my mouth going towards you,* *My hand touching the soft warmth of your hips, my lips touching the tip of your exposed neck,* *I ride my tongue down the contours of your breasts to linger a little bit more on the erect twin towers of your tits,* *My aim ends between the gorge of your limbs, to feel the warmth your flowing stream, the aroma lits me up,* *I feel heavy terror pouring over me, And black battalions of scattered ghosts, my worry bears no bounds,* *Do you want to lead me on shifting roads, That a bloody horizon closes on all sides, to guide me away from your fairy gaze?* *Sincerely,* @izge.
Eroticism and Seduction Eroticism has been a long practice in the seduction business but many married women have thrown it out leaving the business to unmarried ones thereby allowing untold stories to befall their marriage. Various famous seductresses have to use eroticism and seduction to keep their man which includes the use of eyes, voice, body movement, chant, oil and wax, perfume, acts, letter/text messages, symbol, and images to communicate their desired motives. As a married woman who is not conscious of her body and beauty, it takes another to remind her that beauty is not about physicality but sometimes action to trick the mind in accepting your demands. Some married women cry and complain that single ladies have stolen their husbands away from them while they are busy dressing awkward, unattractive, naive, and had no seductive skill to lure their husbands home. They even lack sexual styles to make him keep begging for more. Eroticism and seduction is an act of self-discipline, mastery of one sexual display, pleasure, and cultural practice to tame your target - husband (man). To be perfect in this act, you must have self-confidence, heighten self-esteem, build a better social relationship, romantic, and sexually active to name a few. It helps you build your emotional intelligence, endurance skills, and tolerance thereby accepting the world in a different perceptive but achieving your desired goal in keeping your man to yourself. You give your husband the room to accept external seduction from other ladies when you are not a master seductress to your husband. Bind him like your slave with your love, respect, seductive charm, and allure. Learn to upgrade your lifestyle - dressing habit, light makeup, nice not hard perfumes, wear sexy undies (pinky, red, white, or flowered designed ones), and make use of your eyes and body movement to keep him thinking about you and your sexiness. Learn how to send him erotic text messages, pictures, and talk romantically dirty to him. The tiny line between action and words are the choice of language used - be romantic and erotic in your choice of words and texts when communicating to your hubby most times. Remember, it boils down to the bedroom thing, don't worry; kitchen, bathroom, or any corner in the house can be of service to your bidding. Make sure kids are not around and the doors are locked. Don't relegate or/and outdate yourself because you are married with 4kids, make yourself the Chief sexy seductress that holds the mumu key of your husband. This is the moment of TAKE-OVER - utilize it and be a WINNER. **Sincerely,** @izge **.**

Be a Team Player, but most Importantly, be Disciplined. We know that success may appear to occur seemingly, in an effortless manner when we work well with others as a team. There is nothing that can compare to working together to achieve a set goal. It is therefore crucial to learn how uniform men perform their tasks effortlessly during a parade. Aside from working together as a team, one other very important element they employ is discipline. ***If you think this is simply a picture of the American flag, take a closer look and you will see it is composed of approximately 10,000 Navy recruits and covers 7 acres. Each star requires 65 men to form each one. This photo was taken in 1917 for National Geographic.*** The ability of the United States Navy to create a united states flag with such artistic touch as we see on the picture, using ten thousand Navy recruits on seven acres of land, can only stem from not just working as a group, but disciplined. It is pertinent to note that other ingredients to import are a positive mindset, cooperation, and collaboration are an added fillip. People usually do what they can to be pleasant to one another in other to get along very well. Working hard and smart to get things done in whatever situation, is the hallmark of teamwork. Therefore, no matter your personality type, once you find yourself working with a group of people, be a team player, be a hard worker, make yourself indispensable, be light-hearted, and well-liked so that no acrimonious atmosphere develops because of you. Do not be that personality who creates an environment impossible to work in, do not be that man or woman who makes people's experience not worth reliving. Sincerely, @izge .

Women are not Equal to Men. When you want to be sure of the correctness of a proposition or of reasoning, often the best way is to ask the question backward **Logically if common sense holds up, it is because the reasoning is fair and equitable for all the parties it concerns. Otherwise, reversing the question usually sheds light on what is wrong with the basic statement.** *For the records, I am not some male chauvinistic bastard or some misogynistic tard. No, on the contrary, I speak without prejudice, not to mention that I am in full possession of my faculties. I just love to speak my mind as freely and practically as possible. No offense meant.* Some couple of years ago I was talking to a respectable female friend of mine about male-female relationships. At one point, I tried to make the point that, despite the beautiful intention behind, I still found it somewhat insulting to hear a woman state that she viewed men as her equal. At the time, she didn't seem to grasp the exact scope of what I wanted to say, or what was insulting in it, so rather than stick around, I let the conversation slip away. That I had the opportunity to place that *I c*onsidered women as *our* equal. Spontaneously, she let out a small, dry sigh, as if to say “frankly!”, before suddenly freezing. She looked at me, I looked at her. We smiled at each other, but apparently, there is a great deal of misunderstanding lingering between us still. In all intents and purposes, it is obvious that all this does not start from a bad intention, on the contrary, but the fact remains that I find that we measure very badly, there again, all the insulting, even humiliating, character of the equality drivers, of which I have often seen with my own eyes the extent of the highly irritating claims. However, what these same drivers do not say and which nevertheless lets itself be felt without modesty between us when we *really* meet, is that our fundamental personalities are very similar, beyond everything that is specific to us and differentiates men and women. Unfortunately, these beautiful similarities and all these common aspects no longer have the means to recognize that dominant difference between us. Except of course the similarities of internal organs, the geography of the outward physique are adequately dissimilar. There are of course other excellent reasons to recognize in us as equals, the holy book puts the man as the head of the house, but went on to assert that they are equal before the Lord. But no matter how one may look at it, the mere fact that the holy books have given certain privileges and preferences to man, is worth considering. Finally, if we are as sincere as I know we are, then we must irrevocably endorse in our reflection that even between equals, there must be the one who usually assumes the position of being first among them. This may be achieved through consensus or in fact, gotten through superior qualities. Sincerely, @izge
How do you handle a child who behaves the way you don't like? **Parents are finding it difficult to raise children in this millennium where certain encumbrances are being raised to create barriers between them and their wards for God knows what. Culture and tradition has taken a backseat to what is alien.** As far detached as Africa is from the Western world, the distance could not prevent the encroachment and manifestation of strange ways of life from dotting decent households. No doubt the advent of the internet into the nook and crannies of even the remotest villages is partly responsible for this menace. Children are blessings, as such parents must create strategic ways to deal with any child who deliberately breaks domestic and social rules prescribed for proper upbringing. With a child, if you are disappointed with his or her behavior, as a parent, you have to address that child by using the “ I ”. “ I can't stand this behavior ”. Avoid the “You are unbearable”, which calls into question the whole being of the child. Talking about the behavior using the “I” also minimizes the grievances. In addition, accompanying the reproach with a positive element will lead to positive feedback, beneficial for confidence. Finally, **humor is useful** when one feels hurt and disappointed with a child. As an adult, resorting to making fun of an attitude by the child tends to reduce tension after a proper reprimand from his own parent. Sincerely, @izge.
Is Alcohol a Sexual Stimulant? **It is said that alcohol in small doses, undeniably has a liberating effect on our inhibitions**. Well, as a teetotaller, I wouldn't exactly claim to be an authority in the arena where men gulp tonnes of millions of that refined and distilled substance they love to drink so much. As we all know, Men and Women take alcohol for different reasons. It is common knowledge that the vast majority, drink it simply because the fashion of our times made it an integral part of relaxation during a particular time of the day. But besides that, there are others, who use it as a vehicle that conveys them into a temporary alien state. Alcohol removes the psychological barriers which both hinder man and protect him. Under the influence of it, a man may then be led to commit acts that he would not ordinarily do on an empty stomach because of his level of education, inhibitions, or his own taboos. **Let's take sex as an example**; It is said that, when taken in small doses, alcohol tends to give women "the feeling of being physically aroused sexually, when in reality, the opposite happens. Science has proven that the woman may feel aroused under the influence and may boldly demand sex. But in actual form, vaginal lubrication decreases with intoxication, such that the woman usually wakes up practically bruised and in pain around the virginal area, the next day. As for those men and women who go beyond three drinks, the effects are catastrophic in the sexual dimension. Erection problems, fatigue, decreased desire, decreased sensitivity, and so on and forth takes over, to render anyone incapable of getting or delivering the desired effect. Worst still, the memory of a supposedly beautiful moment, may not be recollected. In my opinion, drinking alcohol to overcome a sexual difficulty or as a means to transform oneself into a different but temporary state of emboldening is therefore a very bad idea. There may even be a slight chance of becoming overly dependent on it, which in any event, may lead to alcoholism. No wonder, it is said, " excess is the enemy of virility".. So I asked again, is alcohol a sexual stimulant? TRUE OR FALSE? **Sincerely,** @izge .
Man, His Body and The Habitat **As for we Humans, one may wonder, what have we been eating, what have been doing ourselves and to the environment?. To put it simply, what are the transformations that the human body has undergone since the advent of civilization. Or on the other hand, how did human beings transform their habitat into what is today?.** We are constantly changing and so is this immense theater that is life. It is very obvious that our lives and the universe are never quite the same as time went on. It all depends on the time, the setting, the place where the piece is performed. There is very little chance according to popular science, that one could have suffered, a thousand or two thousand years ago, from asthma, from seasonal or chronic rhinitis, from tinnitus, from acne, from lower back pain, fatty liver disease, irritable bowel syndrome, myopia, osteoporosis, sleep disorder, diabetes, depression, too high or too low blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, seizures anxiety, tuberculosis, fungal infections, malaria, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity and so on. It is fascinating to learn that we are the product of amino acids which, when put together, form proteins which, in turn, form cells. And so on until an organized system is formed, whether it is a starfish, a tree, or a human being. This is not without consequences for our bodies. Our spine is suffering. It is unfortunate that most of those who have spent their lives at a sedentary job can no longer stand properly after the age of 40 because the perfect ‘S’ curvature of our spine starts to look more like a “Z”. In response to these changes in our lifestyle, our body defends itself and necessarily transforms. It is not quite the same as it was 300,000 years ago when we humans appeared. Sincerely, @izge.
The falsehoods may thrive only for a while, but the laws are always there for Kamala Harris. **It looks like we are going to relive the whole ridiculous Barack Obama birth certificate saga. If it were not so, then at least we are hearing a few voices who are questioning Kamala Devi Harris' citizenship which is no different from questioning the legitimacy of her candidacy for the vice-presidency.** *A couple of days ago, I wrote an article "**How will the world be like without him**"? I made remarks regarding the choice of a Presidential running mate for Joe Biden, and voila! just like magic, Kamal Devi Harris came out of nowhere. A minority is the choice of Biden and perhaps for the entire caucus of the Democratic party. As it turns out, this choice is without its consequences for Biden and the party.* https://read.cash/@izge/how-will-the-world-be-like-without-him-d98eca1b As long as ridicule does not kill and conspiracy theories are somewhat popular, I would like to provide some details on the allegations making the rounds about the chosen one. Born and bred on Facebook, the questioning of the legitimacy of Kamala's candidacy rests on the citizenship of her parents at the time of her birth. Can we then rely on portions of Amendments 12 and 14 to try to exclude the senator from California from the Democratic ticket? I don't think there is anyone who can deny that M Harris was truly born in Oakland on October 20, 1964. But at the time of birth, her father is Jamaican and her mother still very much an Indian. But according to the overwhelming majority of constitutional experts, the fact that Kamala Devi Harris' parents were immigrants does not affect the senator's citizenship by any chance. It would have to be an entirely different issue if her parents came to America as illegal immigrants, but no, they came in legally. To cap it all up, the Democratic candidate was born fair and square on American soil, not in Jamaica, neither in India or some unknown county. These facts have totally invalidated all the false and fabricated information circulating on social media and can only be ascribed to a distant marginal interpretation of citizenship. Now that all fallacies have dispelled, others who wish for it to true, continue to circulate it. It will not a surprise that people at the higher echelons of government are behind the continual propagation of these conspiracies. What I find absolutely abject is that this kind of fake news debate has arisen for the historic candidacies of Barack Obama and Kamala Harris, who, coincidentally, are minority candidates. It is common knowledge that people did not do such a show with the origins of the likes of John McCain, born while his father was deployed abroad, or Ted Cruz, born in Canada, the closest neighbors to the USA. ***While racial protests persist and it is difficult to deny that racism is still very much present in the United States, it is in the worst taste to try to divide the population or to stir up anger around them. Such is a laughable stake and a pity for anyone or persons for falling back on race and origin when the Presidential candidate has already been operating as a public figure in the highest chamber of the united states.*** They say "desperate situations call for desperate measures", but what is happening right now is no different from the actions of people who are at their wit's end but are desperately clawing at straws that are about to cut loose. Sincerely @izge.

How will The world be like without him? **There are very few places here on mother earth where people will not breathe a sigh of relief "if" the current president of the United States of America loses the presidential elections slated to take place come the first week of November. The rest of the world, as well as some American citizens, are sitting at the edge of their seats for the mere fact that the main opponent is not so formidable if you will permit the expression.** The only alternative left for the Democrats is the choice of running mate which is decisive for the presidential candidate. This choice may or may not sway the general populace to redound in their favor for the rest of the adventure. Above all, Biden is not in a position to commit any error in the selection of a possible running mate who would give him a better chance of winning. Surely the cabals of the Democratic Party will also have to show a great degree of openness for a progressive running mate who will offer the hope for an appeasement of the social climate and the end of the tribalism in which the leadership of Donald Trump has driven the country into. It is common knowledge that the US president has never treated his allies good in the past couple of years, although the United States has not always lived up to the expectations the rest of the world might have of a great democracy and the self-acclaimed world police. We all know that German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been lectured more often than her turn. French President Emmanuel Macron had to suffer sarcasm. A lot of insults have regularly been reserved for Justin Trudeau. Even British Prime Minister Boris Johnson struggles in his quest for a free trade agreement with the United States. President Trump's attitude is not without consequences for some of these countries and their job opportunities. It is nearly impossible to ignore Donald Trump's policies as well as not to be interested in when the majority of the affected countries' exports are destined for. The worst of it all is that the narcissistic president is becoming a danger to humanity by reigniting the nuclear arms race, allowing the coronavirus to spread and suppressing aspirations for social transformation. The decisions of these heads of great powers go far beyond their borders. Despite being impacted by it. Foreign citizens, unfortunately, have no right to the electoral chapter except to show solidarity with the social movements that are active among these imperialists. Sad, but that is the practical truth. ***I don't know whether you already know or have heard, but there is more and more talk of foreign interference in the electoral process of sovereign states. This interference would however be desirable if it came from citizens bruised by the greed of these pawns in the service of financial oligarchies. Unfortunately, it is too often the fruit of other oligarchs. The Benjamin Netanyahu, Mohamed Ben Salman, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin of this world put up well with a President Trump who pushes Europe towards Russia, abandons Africa to China, lets the Saudi prince commit his abuses and maintains the military-industrial complex in Israel.*** Come November 3, I think it is not just the president of the USA that is going to be elected. More than the US president, it is one of the world leaders who will be elected. There is every chance that on that day, the world may bring about the end of the reign of Emperor Trump. Can the Democrats, Americans, and the rest of the world be vigilant enough to make sure that what happened during the last presidential elections which brought Trump into power not to happen again? This remains to be seen on D Day. **Sincerely** @izge.

Thinking the world went amok, berserk, mad, and a mockery. *In both her wavy and dreamy clothes,* *Truth is, even when she walks you would think her dancing,* *Typical of the Cobra dance of sacrad jugglers,* *The end of it sticks in a wavy but invisible rhyme,* *Of the dreary sand to the azure of the desert's lights,* *Both insensitive to human suffering to human woes,* *Like the long matrixes of the swells of the seas lengths,* *She bows not but grows with the indifference of fearful sights,* *With a polished eye's as made of charming diamonds,* *In her strange but symbolic posture of alien nature,* *where the inviolate heavenly creature mingle with ancient angels,* *The road to mystical absolution is fraught with mangled sphinxes,* *When all is pure, where all is gold, bright as steel, high as the mighty,* *The shine might last for eternity, and the road looks heavenwards,* *But the bold haughtiness, the cold majesty, and the sheer confidence,* *Turns me a convert, meek and seeking, looking at the awesomeness,* *Yet thinking the world went amok, berserk, mad, and a mockery.* Sincerely @izge.
Remembering John Lewis's "Getting into Good Trouble" as we say Goodbye to a Civil Rights Activist. **Yesterday was a day I spent on musing and debating about a questionable tweet from the many of President Trump, but of course, it was not sufficient enough to stop some of us from watching the funeral of one of the greatest men in the history of the United States, John Lewis.** Instead of explaining that postponement of an election is not among the list of presidential prerogatives, my mind tells me that it will be a waste of time. So, the practical self in me prefers to dwell on and speak on the journey of one of the giants of the struggle for the recognition of what so many people out there don't want to hear, "Civil Rights". After King, i think Lewis, in my opinion, deserves recognition beyond whats being ascribed to him, and above all, yesterday's coverage was too poor, to say the least. ***For those of you who do not know the man, John Robert Lewis has been more than a representative of Georgia in the House. The one whom his colleagues considered the conscience of Congress was first and foremost a determined activist, from an early age.*** Revolted by the sordid murder of young Emmett Till in 1955, John Lewis was only 15 when he decided that the search for greater social justice would be the fight of his life. A life he will risk repeatedly. If history gives more room to Martin Luther King, we must not forget that Lewis was also one of the theorists of peaceful action. John Lewis marched through the streets of racist towns in the South during *freedom rides*, he sat in restaurants where blacks were not served, he stayed behind bars for opposing segregationist laws and so on. he was left for dead after one of Selma's infamous walks. We sometimes forget that John Lewis was also in Washington in 1963, when Martin Luther King shared his dream of an egalitarian nation. He is only 23 at the time, but he nevertheless speaks alongside more experienced leaders. Already, he underlines that, if one must be patient, this patience has its limits. It is the pressure of activists like Lewis that explains the promulgation of the Voting Rights Act in 1965. He shed his blood for the cause and we do not always measure the obstacles overcome to obtain these gains. All this just over 50 years ago, but 100 years after the emancipation of slaves at the end of the Civil War. I don't know about you but I was deeply moved by the ceremony that took place yesterday for several reasons. The testimonies we heard constituted real lessons in history, but above all lessons in dignity. As the United States goes through a particularly difficult time and the country is deeply divided, listening to the speakers including three presidents present the journey of a simple and good man was reassuring. Respect and decency always have their place. Many observers are particularly interested in the testimony of former President Obama. Some were indignant at the resolutely political nature of certain passages. Yet it went without saying that the first black president in American history presented himself as the heir to the fight of Lewis and other activists. Can anyone blame Obama for recovering the message of a man whose entire life was marked by the political struggle? The 44th president stressed the gains made by activists of the previous generation, but how could he ignore that Lewis died while some lawmakers reopen the door to the exclusion of minorities and the black community still evident in streets? Hasn't the patient Lewis referred to in 1963 reached its limits? ***He insisted on the importance of action, but also on love and non-violence. In his view, exercising his right to vote is the most effective way to change things: “The vote is the most powerful nonviolent change agent you have in a democratic society. You must use it because it is not guaranteed. You can lose it. "*** As Lewis points out, this right to vote can be limited or, in the worst cases, withdrawn. To be sure to preserve it, you must sometimes have to be indignant and protest, not to hesitate to place yourself in a difficult situation to make things happen. This is what he called "***getting in good trouble***". Sincerely @izge.

Is it true that Donald Trump is the "first racist" President of America? **Joe Biden, the Presidential Candidate for the upcoming November Elections referred to Trump as the "first racist" President of the united states of America. Could Biden be playing to the gallery? If it were not so, then it wouldn't be uncharitable to call him "ignorant" of America's history. In truth, other former Presidents were slave owners and Joe Biden knows that very much.** History has it that among the handful of delegates to the 1787 Constitutional Convention who shouted "all men are equal", about dozens of the delegates own slaves, including the main man himself, George Washington. Washington was said to have upward of 300 slaves. Can you beat that? Out of the dozen of of them who have had slaves during their lifetime, about eight of them had slaves while being p Presidents. Interestingly, the white house was built by black slaves who took the roll of servants, but in reality, their servitude went beyond that. I want to recall to mind for Biden that even the principal author of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson, the third president of the United States was himself owner of several hundred slaves. So much for "all human beings are equal and have the right to happiness". Let's not forget a middle aged man who compelled little Sally, a fourteen year old slave girl to lie with him. A rape that continued until she started bearing children for him at the age of sixteen. The sad incident bear fruit to five more children of bondage to make it six in total. It would have been a different issue entirely if she was his Mistress. But that was not the case, because records have it that he owned her just like one owns a property in the legal and literal sense. Could such a slave be in a position to refuse, give or demand? Could it be said that the sexual relations that existed between the two were mutually consented to? I think not, a slave who is at the mercy and caprices of her master must submit to his will without question or even an inkling of resistance. The result may not be pleasant for her or for the poor and innocent kids. The resultant effect as a whole, is for now Mama Sally, to resign to her fate. Old man Jefferson never recognized the paternity of the kids nor were they liberated until just before his demise. He consented to free the children conceived by his slave and then shortly after, he died in 1826. In the recent protests resulting from the gruesome but broad daylight murder of George Floyd by four policemen, some protesters managed to overturn the statutes of Jefferson and Washington in Minneapolis. These acts were simply an expression to show to the rest of the world that the acts of these men are still fresh in the minds of the children and grandchildren of the oppressed. Another president who have had slaves is Andrew Jackson, whose family was said to possess about 300 slaves. For Jacksons part, he was said to encourage his slaves to form family units, a common practice among slave masters. These acts are nothing but strategy to have an increased number of slaves within the family, for cheap labor and perhaps to discourage those who are contemplating escape. Zachary Taylor, who served from 1849 to 1850, was the last president of the United States to have slaves while in the White House. He was said to own about 150 of them on his plantations in Kentucky, Mississippi and Louisiana. The last president to own a personal slave was Ulysses S. Grant, the Commander-in-Chief of the Union armies during the Civil War! He served two terms between 1869 and 1877. He had had a black slave in the years before the Civil War, but granted him his freedom in 1859. President Trump should not be blamed for exhibiting tendencies that borders around racial discrimination. He is simply leaning towards what some his predecessors did in the open and in secret. I give it to him for being so clear about his feelings towards people perceived not to belong to the "elite race". In my opinion, he is far better than those who hide under the veneer of religion, politics and hypocrisy, yet are racists through and through. One thing is pretty clear though, racists rand racism runs in the blood. Its like a virus that runs through every nerve and sinew of the body, until one is completely consumed by it. That is why it is nearly impossible for such as are driven by it not to express it, or the form of it. Sincerely @izge.
Hackers, Covid-19, and the Russian Conspiracy. In any place where the name Hackers are mentioned, most people outside the crypto space will think of the last American Presidential Elections and of course, think of the major actors, the "Russians", otherwise known as the "Russian pirates". Not the sea pirates of course, but cyber pirates. This connection is understandably due to Russian interference during the campaign period. Not surprisingly, this threat has re-occurred and hangs over the 2020 campaign. However, Hackers as the name implies is not exclusively limited to the arena of American political struggle, no, not in the least. *With the recent waves of hackers hacking into the accounts of prominent world figures, cryptocurrency exchanges, and, drugs and vaccine research institutes, the National Cyber Security Center in London in the same vane reports that hackers are trying to steal data linked to the search for a vaccine to curb the spread of COVID-19.* There have been numerous attempts to infiltrate organizations that conduct research or that already provide health care. Hackers are believed to operate primarily in the United States, the United Kingdom, and some few developed countries of the west. The Cozy Bear group has been identified as primarily responsible for these attacks, and representatives of the three target countries believed that this group is closely linked to the Russian intelligence services. You will not be surprised if I tell you that the laboratory and the country that produce the first vaccine will enjoy great prestige, but also a great influence. The first trials on humans started recently and India, China, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom are linked to this milestone. Since the start of the pandemic, almost all the countries launched into the vaccine race have committed to sharing data and results. It is also said that they want to share this vaccine with partners and distribute it first to its most vulnerable groups. If hacking targets primarily the data essential to develop the vaccine, American officials of Cyber Command, the command responsible for information security for the Defense Department, have already identified hackers who aim to make a profit of financial information. The production of the vaccine will undoubtedly be a profitable operation, and the scientific data obtained are worth gold. Russian President Vladimir Putin got what he wanted with Donald Trump's victory in 2016 because the United States has been destabilized and its leadership on the international scene has been seriously undermined. Although he has always denied, albeit, with a smile, the links between the pirates and his government, I want to imagine that obtaining the vaccine would advantageously figure in his strategy to restore Russia to its former glory. So much for the quest to make Russia great again. ***The question is, if that were to happen, are we seeing the resurgence of the balkanized U.S.S.R?*** Sincerely @izge. [Sponsor]

Women and Cellulite. To show or to conceal it? There has been a surge in recent times, the craze, and crave for the perfection of the human form, and it is for this reason we are being inundated with quantities of smooth and perfect body images punctuating our daily lives. This situation makes it imperative for women to question their own natural bodily beauty. You will agree with me that there are only a few handfuls of the unedited images and pictures of women showing cellulite and stretch marks on social networks, even when shopping, on online stores, or when on the beach wearing bikinis. But what is Cellulite? Cellulite is an appearance of dimpled, uneven, lumpy flesh on the stomachs, buttocks, hips, and thighs, mostly found on women. It is caused by deposits of fats under the skin around the regions mentioned above. Source. https://www.healthline.com/health/cellulite ***However, it is estimated that 90% of women have cellulite. This normal phenomenon is simply due to the way fat cells are dispersed under the skin. Although cellulite is very common in virtually every mature woman, it is rarely displayed in public by those who are affected by it.*** Below, I present to you some women who have changed the narrative by daring to display the parts of their bodies which is riddled with cellulite. And these women did so without any form of complexity! ASHLEY GRAHAM. Ashley has always been a staunch defender of health at all sizes. She herself a great follower of sport, she stresses that cellulite has nothing to do with the number of sports we practice and our health, it is simply genetic. It is therefore better to accept it and move on with life the way we all should. " I workout. I do my best to eat well. I love the skin I'm in. And I'm not ashamed of a few lumps, bumps or cellulite.. and you shouldn't be either." Said Ashley. "love this post so much. Gives me confidence in myself after 3 babies and 2 saggy tits later!!" MALLORY KING. Mallory is a fitness Instagrammer who tries to debunk the wrong beliefs about cellulite. She is against restrictive and dangerous diets and prefers to deliver the following message: love your body as it is, no matter the size, and rather learn to train for your health. She wrote on one of her posts that "Friendly reminder that cellulite is alright ". ARIELLA NYSSA. Ariella Nyssa is a Youtuber and Instagrammer from Sydney who poses proudly in a swimsuit, without retouching. She is a strong advocate of body positivity and has addressed many prejudices about cellulite through YouTube videos, including that it is a sign that a person is not healthy. She wrote on her Instagram post that "Cellulite is CUTE and I don’t care who knows it" HAYLEY MADIGAN. The fitness world often gets a bad press when it comes to talking about inclusion and the anti-diet message. In a form considered exemplary by the whole of society, the athlete Hayley Madigan shows that even on muscular and thin bodies, cellulite is present. "It took time, it took many ups and downs but what struck a chord with me was that I realized no one cares about the imperfections as much as I cared about them so why did I care about them so much?" She said. LIZZO. The talented artist is proud of her body and with good reason! She doesn't give a damn about proponents of photoshopping and their comments to live her life as she pleases. She does not touch up her photos and even less her cellulite. She is ready to display it at all angles, corners, in water, and out of it. DEMI LOVATO. Demi Lovato's journey of acceptance was, by her own admission, very long. In an Instagram post, she admitted to being shamed by her cellulite, but decided to show more of it in public. She is now on a path of true acceptance of her body and willing to embrace the changes that come with it naturally. "This is my biggest fear. A photo of me in a bikini unedited. And guess what, it’s CELLULITE!!!! I’m just literally sooooo tired of being ashamed of my body, editing it (yes the other bikini pics were edited - and I hate that I did that but it’s the truth)" Said Demi. ILAURA BRIOSCHI. As for Laura, her goal is to be the "Normalize normal", ordinary bodies with everything that makes them unique. Stretch marks, cellulite, bloating, love handles. All she cares about is to feel and see the natural transformation of her body without recourse to thinking about what people think or the usual crowd drift. "NORMALIZE HUMAN BODY". is her goal she said. PS. I had wanted to place all their public images showing Cellulite, but this site is new to me and above all, there may be some legal issues I don't want to contend with. Sincerely @izge.
