That One Sunny Morning I used to jog and walk back then from our home to the park, Baywalk, until I reached the beach where I can have a dose of fresh air, as well as sunshine. I remember this one morning when I decided to capture photos around while walking and jogging. I know I'm not that healthy both physically and mentally, and exercises gives me a sense of peace with regards to my mental health, while it gives me some physical energy as well. I usually leave the house around 6am until 6:30am, then I'll be home at 8am. I'll be preparing at that time to join our deaf ministry as we do return visits and teach them too. We're very close to the park so it is an advantage on my part. It starts from Maramba Boulevard Park, then to Capitol Grounds, and finally at the Baywalk.

It is a sunny morning, and since it's December, the temperature isn't too high. The sun's heat is bearable, and there's cold breeze coming from the sea. There's not much people around not because of COVID-19. This was pre-Covid, and since it is usually cold during December, people prefer to sleep than wake up early. At that time, I am used to balance my sleeping and waking time unlike today. As I usually do, I passed at the center of the Baywalk area where the life-sized I ❤️ Pangasinan, and took a picture. My shadow can be seen in the picture, and it's as if I am a tall person. Lol!

I remember everytime I walk and jog at the Baywalk, there's this old woman (probably on her late 50s or early 60s) on her morning routine walking. She might be living nearby and she became one of the familiar faces I used to see at the Baywalk. She's that person in white walking from quite a distance in the second picture. Everytime we cross paths, she smiles and greets me "Good Morning", and I do the same. The succeeding encounters, she often smiles. I wonder if she's okay now because we had this pandemic thing, or will she still remember me whenever we'll cross each other's paths again. There's also that man cleaning around the Baywalk. It's a good thing that the government provided job for people like him, and they maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings. Of course, people should also cooperate by avoiding littering.

I walked in the sand but still with my shoes on. I removed it eventually to wade on the water, and have some fresh air. Not so much people around the beach as well, and I felt like I own the beach. Lol!

I am not really alone in the beach. There's this man cleaning the shores who might be an government employee. To be honest, some people are disappointing for leaving their trash in the shores as if they haven't learned any proper conduct. Likewise, the local government should also pay attention to a residential area nearby because of the nasty drainage system. Yes, so much trash in the drainage, which exits to the sea. At times, the trash in the shores are splashed back by the waves to the shore. People living nearby should be responsible by avoiding pollution.

I decided to go home but while walking at the Baywalk, I saw the man selling taho. The main ingredients of taho are soybean (silken tofu), sugar syrup (arnibal), and small tapioca pearls. They sell two sizes: small cup at Php5 and medium cap at Php10. I ordered the medium size, and ate it all before walking back home.

There goes the men in their uniforms getting ready for a formation by their seniors. Face masks are not a thing yet, and we can enjoy the outdoors back then. The sun is getting hotter when I reached the park near our home. I have to prepare when I got home because I'll visit my girlfriend in their house. She's my wife now, and when this Covid scare ends, we'll be going together to walk and jog at the Baywalk and enjoy the fresh air at the beach. Thank you for reading, and huge thanks to my sponsors below:
