It has been 1.5 month since the government's work from home advice was removed along with the coronavirus restrictions and since the government and businesses have been increasingly encouraging its staff to come back to offices, yet the most recent data shows that there is little of sign of it materialising with just 13 percent of office occupancy rate (according to Remit Consulting data). Things are however expected to change towards the end of the month as majority of businesses are enforcing hybrid working with employees expected to be in the office at least 2-3 days a week.
