This is the last photo that I have of my glasses. And these were the ones that reduces the blue light and helps you keep your eyes stay safe. I could never know the difference and all the fuss about the Blue light. I have been using glasses since I was like 8-9 years old. You can see in the photo how the colour of the sky differs when you look into the glasses and how is is different without the glasses. Can someone tell me why we have to wear the Blue light protection glasses? #OpenWriting
