Do people remember me after they hear my talks? Since 2018 I have given hundreds of talks at schools, universities, various national festivals, and even online talkshows. One question that I always had in my mind was do people remember my or my talks after they go back to their busy lives? If you are a trainer, educator, or someone like me who spreads awareness about environment & global warming you would think if you are having any impact on people? The question was finally answered yesterday by a guy who had attended one of my talks ways back in 2019. I was invited to the opening ceremony of my friend's academy and psychological counseling institute and there I met a young civil engineer who said he might have met me in the past. I told him maybe he might have attended my talks at some point and then it came back to him. He said that I came to his college and during my talk I had asked the students about their hobbies. And I remember asking that to the students and it was nice knowing that someone remembers me. Soon there were other students from other institutions and they too remembered me planting trees at their campus. It was nice. It made me feel happy. These days the attention span of youngster is low and you have to make an huge impression for them to remember. The day was good and I went back home smiling. I always wanted to be known for my work and now I feel like I'm known for my work!
