Preparing the Tandoor! I remember this day like it was yesterday. I was at my grandfather's home and one of our cousins had got married a day before. After the wedding, we all were tired and wanted to eat and relax. My brother and one of our cousins planned to roast some chicken on the tandoor. So, we lit up the tandoor and got it ready. It took us a while because we were not so experienced with this industrial-sized tandoor where they prepare the sweets for my grandfather's sweet shop. It took us some time to figure all the tricks and then the result was a well-lit tandoor ready to roast some chicken. I will post the photos of the chicken soon. #Food
