I have been traveling in a bus to meet a client and there are hills in this city. The city I live in is flat and there are no hills or mountains anywhere near the 55, kilometre wide city. I get excited when I'm in a city with hills or mountains. I have a tight schedule so I won't go trecking. I will have to be happy looking at them from afar.

I think this is like the first time I reached 10,000 activity after I updated to the new Actifit app. It is working fine now. A few days ago I walked a few kilometres and the counter was slow and it didn't count most of my activity. I was frustrated but I didn't give up. Anyways, I walked, worked and rested today. It was a good day but I have my shares of worries. Hopefully I'll be able to solve my problem.

Had a busy day and I couldn't have my lunch. When I reached home I rushed to the kitchen to grab something to eat and to my happy surprise my Mom made chicken gravy and I enjoyed it. My friend who came to meet me complained of a headache and he took a pill and fell asleep in a chair. I don't know what happened to him but he had a sharp pain in his head that lasted an hour or so until he took a pill and fell asleep. I hope he is doing fine now.
