My cookery books are languishing Before the Internet made its presence there was no limit to the number of cookery books I collected and I got recipes from friends and family. I even attended a few cookery classes. While there are some dishes that I have been cooking for years still exist, these days I get to YouTube and there with just a click the cookery world is at my feet. In a way I do feel nostalgic looking at those books and memories flash back.
