Sweet potato It is a long time that we got the yield of sweet potatoes until the mongoose took over. They dig anything that grows underground We have now planted it in the enclosure on a raised bed which is not accessible to the mongoose. Hopefully it will be ready for harvesting in a few months and I am keeping my fingers crossed. I understand tender leaves of the sweet potato are used in cooking. Have you tried them?
