I want to talk about the case of Steem & Justin. First of all, the motto that "Hard times create Strong Men" is still valid. As a community, we chose a path to decide our destiny. Now, we have Hive that is a growing ecosystem, and Steem a left-behind blogging project that is manipulated by some Asian parties. If people see Hive as a basic hard fork, then they have no clue about Decentralization, freedom of speech, or anything the crypto ecosystem brings to our lives. Thanks to the strong community, we proved that money cannot buy people to build and grow a mutual goal. I owe many thanks to my friends who worked 7/24 to create Hive from the ashes. The flippening is just symbolic; it may turn backward in 2 mins or it may stay 2 years. Yet, seeing this happen again pushed me to throwback to some days in crypto history. Long live freedom!
