Proof of Work is still okay I've been seeing this hilarious photo from the Olympics in Beijing. If it were a meme, it would be really funny but it is real. People complain about the Proof of Work mechanism that #crypto uses. However, I do not think the world have any issue with generating energy; what is the problem is the use of energy that is not eco-friendly. Imagining that the cryptocurrencies work both in PoW and PoS consensus would be great to secure #blockchain and keep the transactions fast and affordable. However, not all coins can be adapted to that system, too. I really have tons of questions about the consensus mechanisms in my mind. Yet, all of them are green contrary to what many govts. do 😅
