Relax, Refresh and Recharge.. ***Life is all about finding your paradise...*** May 20, 2022 TCI Team building with Basic Education Admins, HM Department and Midwifery Department. 1pm is the call time, after we prepared our things we travelled almost 1hr from Legazpi - Tiwi. First stop at Our Lady of Salvation, Joroan Tiwi Albay. Upon arriving at the church there are vendors offering us some candles they're selling. A few more distance at the church is the grotto where we captured some photo dump. While waiting for our check in time, we decided to have our snack at one of the resort in Joroan which we rented the cottage for 500.00php. I'm the one who's assigned to order for snack, I repeat orders at Pica Pick Up station (Fb page) where I ordered the Pork barbecue and Lumpiang Shanghai during our Mental health break for our teachers event last April I ordered different kind of bilao's like Pansit Guisado, Creamy Spaghetti and Tuna Carbonara together with bread and softdrinks. The boys bought a 1liter of red horse after their snack and got a one glass of beer to ease the thirst 🤣🍾 Before 6pm I decided to join other group, together with our guidance counselor and former librarian. They bought soju drinks and yakult for late night party. 6pm when we reached our team building destination, the Crisol private resort. **Crisol Private Resort** is located in Tiwi, Albay. Ukay-Ukay Lover! Nowadays thrift shop are very trending especially when they do the live selling. *"Are you familiar with ukay-ukay?"* *"Do you bought from ukay-ukay?"* *"How much does it cost?"* *"Is it really affordable instead buying in malls?"* *"Is it safe?"* One of my stress reliever is going to a thrift shop not just to buy, sometimes its my way of entertaining myself. If you have the patience in choosing or looking into it one by one, you'll get a better one. Sometimes you'll see a branded one with cheaper price compared to malls. I'm a ukay-ukay lover, I love second hand especially when the item is like new, no signs of usage for short in a good condition, sometimes there's still a tag price attached on it for just affordable prices. Thrift shop stores nowadays are everywhere! I'm not into live selling, most of the time I find it difficult because of my size just why I prefer visiting an ukay store. One time I had an experience ordering through online, the expectations vs reality. The items are really so good but when I wore it, looks inappropriate  or didn't fits for me. That's why I just ordered once only in a live selling. Here in our city, there are a lot of thrift shop. Most of my office outfits, my son even my husband are just bought in a thrift shop. Whenever I bought something, I poured it with hot water then laundry it before wearing to kill germs and viruses. We never know who wear it from the past so safety first. *Are you familiar with Ukay-Ukay?* I know most of you are already familiar with it but not all people bought in ukay. *Do you bought from ukay -ukay?* Yes, most of the time I choose to bought in ukay rather than malls. I find it more cheaper to find aome branded items. *How much does it cost?* For new arrivals, expect for a higher price. Sometimes they are on sale like 3 for 100.00php (napagpilian na) sometimes 10.00php. *Is it really affordable instead buying in malls?* In my opinion I just want to be more practical, I used to buy in malls but now that I'm already a mom and my budget is just good for our needs it is affordable for me. *Is it safe?* Honestly, before wearing it we should washed it first. When corona virus hit us, ukay-ukay store are one of the business suffer from it. They said it can be transmitted through this. During lockdown ukay-ukay or thrift shop business boomed in social media like Facebook and Instagram for some online live selling. *Here are some of the items I bought in Ukay:* But before anything else, THANKS to my sponsors 🙏 **CLOSING THOUGHT:** *Whatever we wear it's our own decision as long as we are confident wearing it. It's not the price nor the brand itself.*

The one that got away: Summer Love The month of May is a month for Fiesta's, although the love month had passed (February). I wanna write something special for summer, I wanted to share my past love story when I was just thirteen! Teen, with a young heart and innocent mind. I've wrote in my previous articles, second year high school when I had my first boyfriend who's now my husband, that time we've been in a relationship for one month only. Summer after my second year in high school when I meet this guy named "Jayson". Jayson is a Pampanggeño, the first time I saw him I didn't see his face. We had a mini store that time, overview to it is the mini bridge where he was standing together with one guy who is my neighbor. My neighbor blocking the view, I just saw his hair not his face. I don't want to make it obvious so I hide. The second time I saw him, I didn't see his face again but his just infront of me that all I can see is his body together with my neighbor. The third time, this time finally I saw his face! He bought something in our store, I freeze a couple of seconds I guess. I do remember that moment, after how many attempts gladly I saw his face. Honestly, he's so handsome! The pointed noise, his little face with butterfly haircut. I felt melted that time especially when he smiled at me by the way he doesn't have shirt that time. Aguuuyy! Grabe yung kilig kooooooo! By the next day, I saw my neighbor and asked  what's the name of the guy who always with him? He got curious and teased me already, the next day he introduced me to Jayson. When Jayson offered his hand for a shake hand and whooops! There's a butterfly in my stomach. Kilig si ghurl! That's the very first time we met. Every night we talked to each other, we have a meeting place and when he "***sipol***" that's the sign he's outside. Sabi ko kasi sumipol siya kapag gusto niya ako maka-usap at makita. Ayiiiiie! Haha That's our everyday routine. Our conversation everyday is all about life, how's their life in Pampanga and why he's here. But, I never dare to ask his full name. Eh di sana na search ko siya noon sa friendster or now sa Facebook. Lol! It was fiesta in our barangay when I gave him my cellular phone number. Exchanging text messages, no unli calls that time. From the day I met him, I'm excited to see him everyday that I forgot my friends and gave my time to him rather than them. Until now, my best friend still remembered it with his linyang ***"nung na-inlove ka kay Jayson, kinalimutan mo kami"***.  Well, there are days that I left him and choose to be with Jayson. Sobrang relate ako, iba kasi yung kilig na naramdam ko that time. It came to the point that even my brothers and parents scolded me every night because I always escape at the house. I still remember what my brother told me, ***"bakit hindi dito sa loob ng bahay mag usap huwag sa madilim na lugar***". The rumors are spreading now, Marites  are just around the corner. We talked every night, we've watched basketball games at the covered court. Some people think we are in a relationship but we're not! It's just a mutual understanding after all. Feeling ko rin kami, pero hindi pala. The feelings are mutual, is this puppy love, isn't it? I think everything went okay when one day I decided to have a quick vacation in the island. As our conversation gets deeper, he texted me na ***"kalimutan mo na ako***". What the heck! I'm on a boat that time and it leave me questioning myself, ***bakit? Anong nangyari? May nasabi ba ako?*** And when I came back I didn't even see or hear from him. Yes, he left. Yes he left with no messages even his contact number cannot be reached. Everyday, I missed our everyday routine that I'm used to. Every time that I heard a ***sipol*** it awakened me. Every night I cried, he gave me a totally heartache!! Maybe he just said that because he's leaving, it's his way of saying goodbye. A goodbye that almost tear me. Then one day I saw my neighbor and asked him where's Jayson? "Umalis na kasama family niya, hindi ba nagpaalam sayo? I silently walked out. That's the time I told myself na wala na, wala na talaga. Na ghost ka teh! Haha *Forever he will be the guy I am hoping to see again, though he left me with so much heartache but he gave me the best memory in my teenage years. Forever, I will be grateful that he's the guy who respect me as a young lady, he didn't take advantage kissing or holding my hands without permission (baka di niya talaga ako bet) char!!! Haha. It's nice to look back and reminiscing the past.* *Hope you like my article for today, ang aking nakalipas na kalandian. Haha! Thank you so much 😘*

Summer getaway with new squads! 🌊 **May 7, 2022** Visiting three Islands in a day? Why not! Today we are able to explore one of the beautiful beach destination in our region. This is **Pinamuntugan, Punta Buko Beach** and **Vanishing Island** along in Tabaco Bay town of Bacacay, Albay (Region 5).  The place is not new to me as my husband shared some of his experiences when he visited last 2019 with his batchmates, today will be my very first time to visit the island. Last week one of our teachers in elementary set a summer getaway but some are not sure to join because of conflict schedules but great to know that the planned is not a drawing anymore, finally na push!!! The first time that they approached and asking for my approval if I will be joining the outing, of course I definitely said YES! At first, it conflicts our schedule with the upcoming team building of the admin personnel but later on they decided to change dates due to full reservations. So the planned is set! The one who organized the outing was Ms. C, elementary teacher. We are 15 pax joiners and each of us required to pay 520.00php for jeep, boat rental, tour guide and other fees. We need to bring some foods like chicha, biscuits especially for lunch. As the plan was already set, we came up to the time and meeting place. The meet up time is 6am but as a Filipino, we have this *"Filipino time*". Some of the joiners  arrived not exactly the set time but we are able to leave the city around 7am. We reached the port by 8am, one tour guide is already there to fetch us. We traveled almost 1 hour to reach the island which is **Pinamuntugan**. The entrance is free, the cottage rental fee is 400.00php. A beautiful white sand beach with vibrant colors and blue water, peaceful, no signal, a relaxing place to stay. The only problem is the comfort room and water. When we arrived, picture taking time and take some snacks. We stayed there until 2:30pm and proceed to the next island which they called Vanishing Island. *Sad to say we didn't visit the Punta Buko beach, but it's okay will proceed to Vanishing Island.* **Vanishing Island** is only accessible when the tide is low. Entrance fee is free, the floating cottage rental is 500.00php. It's in the middle of the sea, directly exposed to the sun. The shoal is surrounded by floating cottages and a lot of star fish. We didn't take so long, we just capture some group pictures here. As we reached the port, the jeepney is already there to fetch us. We rented the jeep back and forth for 2,000.00 php. *One day getaway with new squads, meet new friends and get to know each other. As a new comer in their group makes me feel that I've met them a long time ago. I never doubt joining them, the day was full of fun and enjoyment. More travel goals!* Again! Thank you to my loyal sponsors! Thank you my co-readers and noisers dropping by my article.

Day 7: Leaving the Island 🏝️ ***After the enjoyment here comes the sad part.***.. Woke up by 4am to prepared everything. All of us must wake up early. We need to travel 30-45mins to the Batan port, arrive by 6:30am to catch RoRo or Fast craft. During my childhood days, I hate whenever my mom bring me to the island. The place is so boring, no electricity,  sometimes I found it creepy, they said the island have "aswang". Less of people are living that time. It doesn't have RoRo or fast craft, they have this big boat that make you feel dizzy the whole travel. But this time, it changed a lot! They have now electricity, more people are now living in island, they built beautiful houses, the place is not creepy anymore and for the first time they have fiesta! Back then, during my teenage life I got a chance to visit other barrios with my cousins. We attended some fiesta and the "***sayawan***". Yes, I experienced the sayawan or the kurudalan. I meet new friends and I meet some guys who are now my ex-boyfriend ***(****dalawa lang naman sila) at yung isa doon ang pinagselosan ni Mister last time na nanuod ako ng sayawan****.*** Okay, pass is pass. Haha! I will never forget the time where we attended a fiesta in one barrio, we decided to take a shortcut by mountains, sadly we got lost. We are just four girls that time, I really wanted to cry and just go back to the house but how can we if we are lost in the mountains! We all decided to change our tshirt, there is a belief that if your lost just change your shirt. Luckily we make it, we almost reached our destination with full of dirt and scars in our legs and arms because of some wild plants. We walked for almost 6 hours! When my mom knew our story, she really got mad and told me never do it again. In my mind, ***I will never EVER gonna do it again, it's a trauma to us.*** Staying in island for almost six days, gives us time to enjoy life, time to unwind, escape from toxic city, escape from what we used to do everyday. Create new memorable moments with family and friends. Try something new, faced our fears and make some adventure. Discover new things, the fresh fish, seafoods and vegetables. The early morning view at the beach with a hot coffee, the boodle fight, the meryenda lastly the beach and the ***salog*** (continuous water). It was truly a memorable vacation.. *We will definitely come back again in this extremely wonderful island. 😍* ***As we grow older, all we want is just a peace of mind. Happy thoughts with a simple happy life. My article in island ends in here. For those who supported my article from the first day, thank you so much! Hopefully you like it. To my sponsors who always been there ever since I start joining in this platform thank you for the renewal.***

@iAmVhan

Day 6: Happy Fiesta! **April 19, 2022** ***Happy first fiesta! The season for suman, ibos, menudo and lots of mamantika! Lol.*** Today as the very first fiesta, we are expecting for more visitors from different barrios. 🤗 Oh by the way, this is our last day in here. Vacation is over and back to normal life again. Supposedly last Sunday we will back in the city but its already Tuesday, I am thinking what would be my officemates thinking that I didn't report a couple of days.  Today, we are expecting for more visitors to come. An event like this, washing dishes is our main task hahaha! Yes! We doesn't have disposable materials but I'm enjoying washing dishes because we don't have water bills to paid for. The exciting part of the day! We are waiting for the low tide to have an island hopping. My mom said that they called it ***"NAGPUROK"*** which means the waves of the ocean slammed each sides. It was difficult to explain the place because it's in the center of the ocean, it will be seen during low tide only. A mini vanishing island where you can step on dried corrals. Hope you could imagine that. ✌️ *Mahirap lang talaga i-describe yung place but during low tide lang siya makikita, nagpurok dahil grabe daw ang laki ng mga alon na nagsasalpukan dito during high tide. So out of curiosity, nag try kami pumunta to see the place.* We went in nagpurok beach by 1pm, low tide. The heat of the sun make our skin looks tan. Before we reached the island, our boat slammed with big waves, honestly I'm very nervous I really dont know how to swim. Traveling by 20-30 minutes in the strong heat of the sun. Finally! Reached our destination, it was awesome! Although we bring an umbrella it's not useful due to heavy winds, we have our own ***balabal*** to protect ourselves from the heat of the sun. We stayed therefor only 30 minutes, pictures everywhere! Lol! Traveling into that mini vanishing island is really dangerous, that's why it's not advisable to go there in high tide or else you couldn't see that island. 😅 *Indeed, it was a thrilled adventure for us. Another memorable moments to be cherished forever!*

Health Break 2022 **RECHARGE, REPLENISH, REVITALIZE** *"Reinvigorating the mind, body and spirit in times of uncertainty".* All of us are affected on how COVID-19 pandemic hit us. Our mental, emotional and social life have been affected. Now that our region is in Alert level 1 we are now preparing to start again. Working in academic, we are getting ready for the face to face of class. But before that, our School Principal came to a decision why not give our beloved teachers a one day break. Teachers have been working so hard, adjust their time even their social life to cope the new normal. The mental health break will be held by 8am-5pm at our school April 29, 2022. We gathered information or we set meetings everytime we have an extra time from setting the programs, budget, awardings,certificates and tasked assigned to personnel. As an admin clerk, I'm assigned with the documentation, ordered food like pork barbecue and lumpiang shanghai for the boodle fight. Everyone in the admin have a task to do. 8:30am when the Zumba start, everyone are in their outfit. As I've witnessed it, all of the teachers cooperate. All of them are enjoying dancing in the music with the very energetic Zumba Instructor which is Mr. Jeff, a handsome guy that some of the teachers are ***"kilig"***. We have some gay teachers, they are the one who really give joy to the program. After Zumba, picture taking and give the certificate of recognition to the instructor. After a minutes of break, next is the Socialization. The ***"bookmark me"*** is the highlights of the program. Each of them weree given three bookmarks which are: I Adore You, Stay Hopeful and Thank you. They will choose whom they will give the bookmark and give their short message. It was a touchful segment of the program that some of them get to know each other more... Next, the Boodle Fight by lunch. After Zumba that make them wet here comes the boodle fight! Lol. Why we choose Boodle fight instead of ordering at some fast food? In boodle, they will share in one table. Another bonding for them. We prepare them pork barbecue, lumpiang shanghai, hotdog, itlog na maalat, chicken adobo, Fried tilapia, hotdog, ginataang malunggay, watermelon and banana. After their tummy was full here comes the Film Showing, we gave them popcorn and drinks while watching "**In between**", a love story. This time is the time for some relaxation. Last part of the program is giving the certificates. The teachers didn't know that we have a prizes for the Zumba. The awards are Most Energetic, Best in Zumba Outfit and Best in Zumba for male and female category. The prize given to Most energetic is Energen, for Zumba outfit a towel and for best in zumba are gatorade. We also give tha cash award for the Teachers of the month February to April. ***Indeed, today was a day full of energy, happiness and bonding. Moments that will never be forgotten, memories that they will treasure forever. With my Admin team, kudos guys! We made it! Success.*** That's all for today! Thank you for dropping by. Just wanna share what made me busy today, Friday April 29, 2022.

Day 5: "Desperas ng Fiesta" Everyone woke up early for a busy day today, it's the very first desperas ng fiesta in the place. The men are assigned to chop the pig, the husband of my cousin will be the one who will cooked dishes for the said event. While others are busy preparing, we decided to have a morning walk at the shore while it's low tide. Enjoying the rest of our stay in the island before we ho back to city. Look the photos above, his in pajama (just woke up). 😅 The beautiful thing that happened today is to see my relatives for almost years of not seeing them. It looks like a mini reunion. Our family get even more bigger, my cousins have their own kids now and reminiscing our childhood days back then where we are just enjoying playing around the shore, running, swimming at the beach, now our little ones are doing that. Hoping that our grandma and grandpa are here also but I know they're watching us from above. I visit this island during summer vacation in my childhood days, this is my mom's hometown so it's never been hard for us to stay in here. I do remember the house of my late Grandma and Grandpa, it looks like an ancient house made by wood. They don't have electricity, "***gasera"*** is what they have to give light to them. Radio with battery is their form of communication. They doesn't have gas stove for them to cook but they have firewood. Even faucet is not available in their place instead you need to fetch or carry water afar. Now, my grandmother and grandfather's house are gone. The place changed a lot, now more people are living in there. The houses are now made in concrete. Yes, they're living in island but they have beautiful houses. At night, heres comes the visitors. A lot of visitors are coming in and out. I decided to be in charge as one of the dishwasher, water is not a problem now beacuse they have faucet and no water bill to be worried about. After we cleaned the kitchen my cousins, nieces and nephews (all teenager) want to experience the sayawan. During my teenage years I also experienced this kind of "kurudalan". In province, this is very popular during fiesta. It's already 11:30 when I decided to go home and left the teenagers dancing and enjoying the night. As I come home, my husband was really drunk, I was so irritated because he got mad at me. I asked him "what's the problem? He answered me, that I went to sayawan just to see my ex-boyfriend. Instead of getting mad, I laughed so hard. Oh he's jealous! Actually, last day, I saw my ex passed by but no eye contact or small talk. Just a stranger passed by. Lol! Really? Just to see my Ex? Naaaah! By the way, my ex lives in the island but different sitio. *Tomorrow is fiesta day! Planning for an island hoping and we're all excited! That's for my Day 5 article. 😉* Thank you for always dropping by my article. I thank also my sponsors who always there for me since my journey here.

@iAmVhan

Day 4: Happy Easter Sunday! ***Jesus is alive! Let us celebrate!*** **April 17, 2022** Day 4, everyone is busy for tomorrow's first "***desperas ng fiesta***". My cousin is planning to offer one pig for the said event and for sure a lot of visitor will come. Heavy rains made us awake but it didn't last when Mr. Sun show up again. Instead of a mug shot at the shore this time I captured it at my aunt's garden as a background. Look at these lovely beautiful flowers with droplets, all of that belongs to my aunt. She really love flowers, she's have a soft hand when it comes to planting. Okay! Let's start how we spent our Sunday. Last time, we're planning for a game that all of us can participate but we can't think of any game. Haha! Until, we have decided to do a tug-of-war, calamansi relay and sack race. We are divided into two groups, each group had a four members. The first game was tug-of-war, I am very competent that we will won the game but we lose! Lol! Our competitor are slim ladies but their energy was great that make them win, they have this teamwork. Second game, the calamansi relay this time we won. Lastly, the sack race where I got scar on my leg due to laughing from the very start of the game. Although the game has a cash prize it doesn't even bother me, all I want is for us to enjoy and the moments that we will create. Soon, Mr. Sun shines so bright. There's one man selling some fish for just 120.00php, my sister bought it and made it as **"*****daing*****"**. As I have mentioned in my previous article, their land is not just rich in water resources but also in land resources, they have a lot of root crops, coconut trees, banana trees and so much more. My aunt prepared "***turon***" as our meryenda. I think I'm gaining weight of what fooda I am eating in her. `Everyday I'm waiting for the sunset to appear, sunset is my favorite subject to capture.` "Sunset at the beach".

Day 3: Beautiful Saturday 16 Apr 2022, 8:53pm Black Saturday. *Another peaceful day hearing the tweet of the birds and the waves of the sea. Seeing the high tide that turns into low tide.* Day 3 with a black coffee at seashore! Lakas maka probinsiya feels! My cousin's prepared breakfast for today and cooked corned beef, scrambled egg and dilis with tomato! Delicious! After we take our breakfast, we visited my mom's relatives. We asked some neighborhood if theres who sells fish. We saw a lobster and asked for its price, I was a bit shocked that it cost 600.00php per kilo, that's whoooooa! So pricey! Lol! And then my husband told me that lobster is really a pricey one due to they exporting it to other place with a high demand. We can't afford that's why we end buying fish instead. There is unexpected power interruption that makes our body bored. Instead swimming at the sea we've decided to go to "salog" an overflowing water that comes from the mountain. Stay there for 2-3 hours. Having a great bond with my cousin's and nieces just to fill our boredom. The night ends in a full moon, as usual the boys have another session, this is their way to easily asleep. While the others are in the room because of power interruption that starts by 9am.

The weather is such a beautiful one! Blue skies and calm sea. Perfect for a coffee capturing the amazing environment. By 9am we decided to harvest some veggies which  located at the mountain where my cousin's have a lot. There are vegetables like sitaw, okra, sili, kamoteng kahoy, niyog, calamansi and a lot more they also have pigs and chickens. The place is rich with water and nature resources. After we harves some veggies for our lunch, I let my son play with his and her cousins at the beach. For lunch we prepare a "boodle fight" for some family bonding. My mom cooked the Ginataang Langka, and others prepare the adobong manok and fried fish. We enjoyed our lunch to the point that we run out cooked rice! Bitin.. Lol! For snacks, my Aunt prepared "Ginataan". Before sunset we gather all together to swim again, we swim in the morning and in the afternoon. It's for free so we're enjoying the moment before we go back to our normal life again. At night, here come again the boys bonding. Drunk till they want. They cooked sizzling hotdog as their pulutan and the kids grilled hotdogs. Enjoying the rest of the day here in island.

Day 1: Island Trip 14 Apr 2022, 7:56 PM Maundry Thursday, Hello beautiful sunny day. Here comes the sun, here comes the sun🎶 Woke up early to prepare our things for our quick vacation today in an island where my mom grew up.  I thought weren't able to make it because of typhoon "Agaton". The typhoon devastated again the portion of Visayas that leave another mark to those people. Here in our city, we experienced heavy rains, floods and landslides. Days before holy week approach makes us worry if we will go or not. But, God is really good. I think he heard our prayers this is also my nieces who are first time to visit the place. As I've mentioned in my previous article, the island doesn't have signal or cellular data but gladly they have electricity. I still remember whenever we visit my mom's place, it's very difficult to travel in a boat which they called "LANTSA" but now they have fast craft and RoRo. We take our dinner as early as 5pm and sleep at 7pm, wake up early by 5am hearing just the waves of the sea. The water is never a struggle for those people who lived in there. They have this overflowing fresh water that comes from the mountain, they are very rich in water resources. They live near the sea where fishing is one of their source of income. Came at the port by 10:30am, paid for 30.00php for the entrance fee. We ride at fast craft and take the second floor where we enjoyed the fresh air. The transportation fee is 150.00php. After 2hrs of travel we finally reached our destination. Doesn't feel any dizziness at all because the sea is very calm. When we reached the Batan (one island) my cousin is waiting for us. We transfer to a small boat to reach their area that takes 30mins travel time. Afar, we saw our relatives waiting and waiving for us at the seashore. Happiness and excitement what we felt. The place really changed a lot. A lot of people are now living in the island. They will be celebrating the very first fiesta by April 18 & 19 so I'm thinking if I will be leaving by Sunday or Wednesday, I really want to stay long and experience the first fiesta. Lol! After we take our snack, my son insisted for a swim so I accompanied him while my husband is strolling around the area. This is his first time to visit the place. My husband was really amazed by the beauty and peacefulness of the island. One of the neighborhood offer to sell a fish which is two and three fourths kilo **worth** 500php fresh from the sea. The price is more cheaper than the market. After we swim, we take a bath in a beautiful fresh water, it's really cold. I saw in my husband and my son's face the happiness and enjoyment visiting the place. At night after dinner, they set a burn fire and tent enjoying their chikahan while drinking red horse. My niece's and nephews are enjoying the low tide by getting a small crab.. That's it for our first day of stay in the island. What a beautiful day it is!

Prompt Question and Answer. Wednesday, April 13, 2022 The weather makes me so lazy to be out in bed. While tropical depression “Agaton” hit some of the provinces that leave another memory to be remembered by many Filipinos. Since last week it’s been raining, non-stop of rain that cause floods, landslide and even suspension in some institution. Here in our city, we are experiencing heavy rains and floods too. The classes were suspended last Monday but some are need to report from work. Me, as one of the admin personnel need to report but here I am again not so productive. Today we are required to report to work for half day onlyand regular holiday by Maundy Thursday and Good Friday for the Lenten season. Great that I got a chance to do an article. Haha! Trying the prompt made by @MomentswithMatti and @mommykim so I want to join also. By the way, I will be leaving tomorrow for our quick vacation which I have mentioned in my past article. We are all excited that finally the weather is not as bad as last week. We are going to visit my mom's relative in an island, the place has no wifi and no signal so I'll be back by Sunday or Wednesday, I guess? I just want to extend my vacation that's why. Lol! I will be sharing in this platform how's my vacation, I will also share some photoa that I will be capturing. So let's proceed.... FLASHBACK TO A CHILDHOOD MEMORY. My childhood has a lot of memories to bring back and some are still fresh in my mind. I really enjoyed my childhood days, there are times that we reunite and reminiscing those past makes us all laugh. I still remember why I never learn to ride a bike, my best friend guides me whom I know that he’s at my back but when I turn around he’s not holding me anymore. I panicked and I fall, that’s the time I never try it again. That was really ouchy! Our house is near to a river, out of curiosity we try to follow where the water came from! That's ridiculous. Lol! We have outdoor games, there is no gadget that time. We enjoyed playing outside like patintero, shatu, tumbang preso, luto-lutuan and many more. Every Christmas season we do caroling. The money that we saved will be divided and contributed by 25th of December. We came home late, we run fast whenever there's a dog barking us. ***Childhood memories are the best!*** DO YOU FEEL DESERVING OF LOVE? Everyone deserves to be LOVED! I deserve to be loved too! I feel the love of my family around me, friends and God! Without doubt or hesitation. I've felt so loved by them. WHAT IS THE MOST LOFTY THING YOU ARE DEALING WITH NOW? First thing, being new in this job from operation to academe its very challenging to me. Second, I'm bothered how much it will cost to finish our dream house. I am trying my best to cope with my new environment and to learn new things. I know God has its plans for us, never too early and never too late, I do believe that God will provide we just need some action, dedication and hardwork . WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOU WORST HABIT? I have worst habit after eating, I look for some sweet or bread, even after breakfast I ate rice then eat bread hello to carbs! And here in work, after taking my lunch I take a nap with a full tummy. When I wake up I felt bloated (naiipit siguro bilibil ko) hahahaha! DO YOU THINK THAT GOOD THINGS COME AFTER SUFFERING? YES! I think good things come after suffering. Experiences or trials that comes in our life teach us some lesson, as we learned the lessom in life the brighter future awaits. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO BEFORE YOU DIE? Oh! If it’s already my time that I will be gone in this world (knock on the wood!). I want to travel; I want to travel with my family before my last breath. This is the first thing that came out in my mind, I want to spend the rest of my days with them for them to keep that memories forever. I want to travel around the Philippines best tourist spots, yes! Philippines muna wala kasing passport. LOL! But honestly I don’t want to die while my parents are still alive, why? They are both already seniors I want to show them or they can experience the things that they haven’t experienced. I want to see their happy faces, relaxed and not stressed. But how can I be able do all that, if my salary isn’t enough to make it. There's a guilt in me.. All I can do right now is to help, guide, respect and to be the best daughter for them. ________________________ That's it for now, so dont forget me huh? I'm just on leave, vacation leave. Haha! Enjoy your weekend with your family my co-readers! Keep safe 😃 Lead image: Pinterest

Palm Sunday Hello readers! I just heard that there's a typhoon entered in Philippine area named "**Agaton**" it makes me sad knowing that this month should be a summer time but looks like its BER month. Huhu! This coming holy week we're planning to have a short vacation in an island where my mom grew up, it's been a long time since I visited that place. We need to travel by the sea or RoRo and their place will be celebrating its first fiesta for the very first time this coming April 18 & 19. Though I wouldn't be able to witness the said event, me and hubby planning to be there during holy week. We have decided to travel by April 14 and be back on the city by April 17. This is also my hubby's first time to be there and will meet my other relatives so he's quite excited. When I visited the place way back years ago there's no electricity, no wifi or internet connection. They didn't also pay monthly water bills because they get it through a running water or through a falls, I guess. A very peaceful place perfect for ***muni-muni***. So, if ever the weather turned into a good condition we will pushed our quick vacation. *Today, in this artice I will be sharing how I spend my Sunday...* `April 10, 2022 PALM SUNDAY` As a Catholic, palm sunday is the Sunday before Easter that begins the Holy week. It is a catholic tradition for how celebrate and remember the day Jesus enter into Jerusalem. After two years of no religious activities like this, looks like it was my first time to visit again the church! This is the longest hour of stayed inside the church, witnessing and feeling relieved to be blessed by Almighty God. Last Friday I bought three pieces to one of our Institution worker who's selling "**Palaspas**" for just 20.00php per piece, he made it together with his siblings. See? Another income for today's season flexing their skills and creativity. Palaspas isn't just a religious symbol, it's a traditional crafts. Woke up today by 6:00 in the morning together with my Mom and one of our neighbor. My older brother drove us to the nearest church which is Padre Pio. It was my very first time to this church to attend a mass. This is a newly constructed church in our barangay. When the mass started, all of us are waving our Palaspas while the priest roam around and blessed it with holy water. The mass started at 7:00am and ends by 9:00am, the priest give a long homily. I remember his homily "*****Faith without love is not love. Love without sacrifice is not love".***** After mass, heavy rain pours that most of us can't leave the church. The weather is not really good today and for the past few days, I messaged my brother to pick us up. Gladly, he responded as my battery gets low. When we got home, I and Mom started to become busy. After taking our late breakfast my mom proceed to cook for our lunch, she cooked **Sinigang na Baboy** and **Adobo sa asin** for lunch. After lunch I decided to dyed my hair with the help of my sister in law. Last day, my niece and I bought this item for our summer vacation getaway, may rampa kami char! First, we put some bleach para dumikit daw yung color once you apply it. And, tadaaaaan! Not so perfect hair coloring but pwede na. And that's for today! Tomorrow is another day to survived! Lol! Hello Monday again, hopefully the weather will be sunny pleaseeeeeee! No more rain, typhoon or LPA... I, I mean **WE** needed a break! This is the time na makakapag beach na, there's a gossip circulating that maybe for the next two months they will declare an alert again not to ganito and ganyan. Wag naman sanaaaaa... *So, I'm praying for a better weather for the upcoming days. Not just for my vacation but also for the sake of all the Filipinos that are always devastated by the typhoon.* Photos are originally mine. Lead image: Pinterest

Throwback: Yearly Escapade Today is Thursday, I wanna share some #ThrowbackThursday entry for today. Next week is Holy week, any plans? I've mentioned in my previous article "My life in Manila for 10years" that I worked for almost four years in one of the branches of this famous malls in the Philippines, I was assigned in Finance Department working in operation to be specific. In my 4 years of stay I treated my co-workers as my second family. When I was deployed, I'm so lucky that we came up to this idea to have our yearly out of town. All of us decided that every year we have to spend a short vacation during holy week season. As working in operation, all of us are required to report at work during weekends the reason why our day offs never met. Yes, we saw almost everyday yet we don't have some "*liwaliw"* time because of our schedules. Months before holy week approached, we save every cut off from our salary. My manager already plotted our schedules temporarily, my supervisor is the one who do our itinerary and the rest was just a support. Haha!  Each of us have a task to do during our vacation. My manager is the one who's incharge with our transportation, we always have two cars they have their own van. With the total of our saved money we will get there our gasoline, toll fees, room accommodation, food, cottage, entrances also drinks and beers. Here are the place that we visited: *📍 2012 BATAAN* *📍 2013 ZAMBALES* *📍2014 ILOCOS NORTE* *📍 2015 PANGASINAN & BAGUIO* **Year 2012, Team Treasury goes to BATAAN!** Excited with a little bit nervous, it was my very first out of town. Good thing I have the approval of my parents. You've read it right "**approval**", though I'm already working and earning, I need first their approval. We reached our destination by Thursday morning. Morong Star Beach Resort & Hotel was the name of the hotel where we check in, as we checked in the hotel we fixed first our things and take some photos. During sunset we decided to go for a swim. At night, here comes the party of the boys that drunk all night. Friday morning, we decided to go for an island hopping and visited the turtles (sorry but I forgot the place). After lunch we packed our things and getting ready to go back to Manila but we always have side trippin', on our way back home we visited Mount Samat National Shrine or Dambana ng Kagitingan the very popular in Bataan. We're amazed seeing this by afar and finally we reached it! I guess we walked an hour to reach the very top of it but the place is so worth it! **ZAMBALES, 2013** This is our very simple and near to the city getaway. We just rented a cottage and we have newly hired employees, they also join with us. Same what we did during our Bataan trip, we also have island hopping which is Anawangin Cove and Capones Island. I love the clear water in Capones, its a small island without any cottage. **ILOCOS NORTE, 2014** One of the place in my bucket list! I'm so happy that finally I visited this place. We visited Vigan, tried the best Bagnet and Empanada. But we didn't went to Baluarte. This is the place that we've travel so far by land! I can't forget when we reach our destination it was too far! Grabeeeee. Our driver can't stop laughing because we are on the side of the map, our booked beach resort was in Pagudpud *"Pud-pud na daw ang gulong namin sa sobrang layo"*. Lol! We reach the resort by 5pm Thursday and it's brownout. We have a very peaceful night at the resort, it was so very memorable trip. We woke up early to see the beauty of the resort and enjoy the sea and the white sand. After lunch, getting ready to be back again. On our way back, we visited Bangui Windmills and Kapurpurawan Rock formation, it was a very hot afternoon! Our visit in Ilocos is one of the best and a memorable one. PANGASINAN & BAGUIO, 2015 Our first destination was in Pangasinan, we booked in Treasures, Patar Bolinao Pangasinan a beautiful resort with infinity pool. By thursday night we travel to Baguio City, another in my bucket list! As we are about to leave Pangasinan, we visited the Our Lady of Manaog in Urdaneta Pangasinan to give thanks and offer a prayer. By 3am we reached Baguio City, it was so cooooold. We are really freezing! We just take some rest and sleep, by 7am we are ready to roam around the City of Baguio. We visited La Trinidad strawberry farm, Mines view park and some tourist spot. After a tiring day of pasyal we dine in at ***Good Taste Restaurant*** for our dinner as our last spot. It was a very memorable night, we really enjoy the serving of the resto, a full of happiness plus our tummy is so full! The food are super delicious! Our met up was Wednesday night, by Friday(Good Friday) afternoon we need to travel back to Manila. The schedule of the mall by Holy Week Thursday-Friday (CLOSED) by Saturday back to regular hours. So we need to work by Saturday, I'm always the one who scheduled by opening, but it's okay with me. We may travel every Holy week but the true meaning of the season will always be remembered. *Working in one company, same department, seeing almost everyday, having misunderstandings but as we travel we let it go for awhile, we travel as a family. We shared everything, we even take a bath in one bathroom (ops! girls only). Our tummy is always full that's why during our travel we always find comfort room haha! We never experienced shortage in foods,* *****mas okay ang sobra kesa kulang******. That's why we need to prepared ahead of time even our pockets to buy some pasalubongs and souvenirs to our families and friends. We just not work for our company, but we work for our friendship to last and collect unforgettable memories. I'm grateful that I meet them.* **All photos are my captured shot 📸**

My Top 5: Korean comfort movie series. Watching K-dramas gave us a privileged to take some time to relax and enjoy life. They bring so much more emotions. I find myself laughing and crying at the same time. No wonder why Koreans have a big part in our life beside that we love their food, oha! Samgyup... And some of them are really OPPA! Gwapo besh! Pag sa babae naman ang kinis ng mga fez! Haha. Their OOTD's that marks to those fashionistas out there and of course the OST of the movie that made us our Last song syndrome. Here are my top 5 Korean movie series that completely hooked me in. ***DR. ROMANTIC*** *Who's with me waiting for the Season 3 of this???* **Dr. Romantic Season 1 & 2**, one of the movie series that saved me from boredom during lockdown. A series that shows not only a love story but a career of each characters on how they overcome their weakness by the help of Teacher Kim. By watching this makes me feel that I'm in a world of Medicine, reminiscing the "bobbie, scalpel" some surgical instruments which they always used in the operation. Both season is a must watch but I love the characters in Season 2. I really like Lee Sung-kyung especially her character in Weightlifting Fairy: Kim Bok-joo. ***DESCENDANTS OF THE SUN*** 🔸 I'm LSS (Last Song Syndrome) with their Ost "You are my everything" there's a goosebumps in me.. kiliiiiiiig lang! I remember coming to work just to watched this by the influence of my officemates. Then, our supervisor approached us asking us why are we so kilig (we watched during lunch break). Later on, we saw her watching it also. Lol! A love story between a special force and a surgeon. Who would have thought that they end up in marrying each other in real life but I'm really saddened about their marriage didn't last. ***CRASH LANDING ON YOU*** 🔸 The very trending CLOY! This love story shows that even barriers is not a hindrance in their love. Kudos to the comrades squad, their presence added some thrill in the show. The reason why I'm still awake by 3am, I don't want to hang on to what I'm watching. ***For you which is better DOTS or CLOY?*** For me? BOTH! I find them both interesting though some will compared each story. Ps. Wanna congratulate them as newly wed, best wishes. May they relationship will last. ***REPLY 1988*** 🔸Friendship, family and love. I wish I do have a neighbor like them. Haha! A very nostalgic Why is this so popular? It talks about in real life from youth, family, love and friendship we can relate to this. From simple life, no family is perfect and falling in love with your best friend. Aguy! ***FIGHT FOR MY WAY*** 🔸 My favorite romcom movie series eveeer!!! I really like the role of Aera here, she's so cute. One of the prettiest faces in Koreans. Honestly, this is the time when I became an avid fan of PSJ. From the start that I watch this, my addiction for korean movie starts. Park-Seo Joon, oppa! my first korean crush! Yes I really admire him, I also followed him in Instagram lol! He makes me "kilig". That's all for now! I watch some of k-dramas, this are just my Top 5! What's your Top 5? Not a movie critique, this is just my own opinion. Images are from Pinterest.

April 1st: Celebrating my 1 year in Noise.Cash *Happy 1 year self at Noise.cash* 🎉 **What is noise.cash?** **What is cryptocurrency???** All of that are big question mark in me. This time I would love to share to you my fellow readers how my journey in Noise begin. February 2021 when I decided to resign from my previous job, one of my co-workers approach and introduce me into Noise.cash platform which is **blessED**, I think she's not active now. She told me it's an earning app just post something and you can earn from it. That time, I'm a little bit curious, really? Just by posting you can earn? Naaaah! I'm in doubt. She taught me first installing a coins.ph app then noise.cash by the way I'm just using noise in the browser. I have in this mind why not to try, so I start posting something but few days being a newbie I felt so bored, why? I dont know how it really works then no one like my post so I stop it... When I come back to my province and living as a housewife. I'm looking for some extra earnings and trying to delete some applications in my phone, that's the time I visit my coins.ph account and saw the 1.00php, I'm surprised! It's legit (*oh diba, piso lang sumaya ako bigla*). That means someone tip my post back then. Then I visit also noise, surprisingly I do have 5 subscriber. Lol! *Ang saya-saya*! Been inactive for a month and booooom! and that's the start of my journey in noise. I started interacting with others, sharing free tips, make some games and reward them. That's the secret **"interaction".** By joining Noise, it helps me a lot not just in earnings but knowing crypto world. Honestly, I'm not good in trading, hodling I really don't know what cryptocurrency is. Months, days passed by and little by little I learn some. One of the best experiences I have is interacting with other Noisers, here comes the virtual friends. Different language, places, beliefs and religion become one. Just follow the rules of the platform and everything will goes well. Engaging in noise.cash platform also introduced me into this platform, ***hello to read.cash world.*** My earnings in noise helps me a lot, I can bought Gavin's need like diaper and milk. Last August, my Dad celebrated his birthday I bought him Ensure milk as a gift, by October my Mom's birthday, my present is an Umbrella with cash inside. That's why I am very thankful in Noise, it really helps me a lot in our financial need and I am super grateful to be one of those Noisers. To my fellow Noisers! A big THANK YOU to all of you! For all your tips and support in every post I made. God bless! Looking forward for more years to be in Noise, although there's some changes that some of us doesn't have free tips as of this moment but that doesn't mean us to stop. We will continue until the end. ***Forever grateful, Thank you Noise.Cash 🎉🎉🎉***

My pregnancy journey 🤰 Nothing beats being a mother. One of the memorable moments in my life that changed everything. Do you remember your pregnancy journey? You can share it too! I've read the article made by @Momentswithmatti and inspired to share also my journey. Thanks for it sis! 1. Normal delivery / CS CS. I did the labor, I know the pain of labooooor! I know how painful labor is... During my pregnancy days, I'm employed so I have my morning walk and after work. So, super tagtag ako that time and really expecting that I can have a normal delivery. But in the end, I didn't expect that I will be in a emergency CS due to my sipit-sipitan didn't open according to my OB, I don't know the english term of that. That time the heartbeat of my baby is getting low. And she's worried that my baby would be in critical. After my operation, my baby eat poops that according to my OB and Pedia it's dangerous. Thanks God it was not too dangerous but my baby take some antibiotics and stay in NICU for 2days. Oldies says that if you have a big hips, it is easy for you to deliver. I guess that's only an old saying. 🙄 I can still remember the pain, the needle on how the anesthesiologist ask me to relax then ouch! After that I can't remember anything. I woke up a little bit when I heard my baby cried. 2. Father in room He was called by my OB when I was in delivery room asking for his consent that I will undergo in emergency CS. My husband looks so nervous that time, his hands was shaking he is more nervous than me. Then we agreed to it for my baby's sake. When I entered in operating room he is not allowed. He just wait outside. 3. Due date January 27 4. Birth date January 26 As far as I remember it was night of January 25th when we came home late. And my mother told me "Sige! aaswangin ka gabi na"! She kept on advising me not to go out very late night. After going to sleep I prayed ang holding may bump *"Please baby, I'm excited to see you, labas ka na".* Then by 12 midnight, it all started. Answered prayer so quick. 🤣 5. Morning sickness Yes, I always have my morning sickness. Every morning Im vomiting it took till my 2nd trimister but my morning sickness and laziness is not the reason to be absent or leave from work. Yes! I don't file leave and never been absent from work. Whenever I feel sleepy, I just talked to one of my co-work if I could take a nap and. That's why I am thankful that my pregnancy journey is so smooth while at work because I have them. My co-workers that been so good to me. 6. Cravings Oh! I love to eat during my pregnancy journey. My very 1st craving is ***Santol*** or Cotton Fruit. Early morning I am looking for it, I don't know that I am pregnant that time until my officemate approach me and asked if I am pregnant, I remembered I'm already delayed in my monthly period. Fried chicken is my best food during pregnancy.  Ramen and Samgyupsal are my favorite that time, late at night I am looking for Ramen. At the month of December we always go out and eat in samgyupsal. 7. Gender of the baby? Being a first time mom, me and my husband were so excited to know the gender of the baby even my officemates wants to have a baby shower. The first ultrasound my OB told us it's 80% girl but I'm not satisfied with the result and I kept laughing because  saw my husband's face, he really wants a baby boy. Then here comes the second ultrasound it was November, my hubby didn't accompanied me that time. The OB can't identify the gender, maybe my baby doesn't want us to know. It will be a surprise for us. Surprisingly, instead of gender this is what we saw in ultrasound! His tiny feet! Naughty little one. Hahahaha After my operation, surprise! It's a BOY! 8. Place of birth? University of Santo-Tomas Legazpi Hospital, lakas maka-chala ni baby! Our hospital bill that time is waving. Lol! 9. Hours of Labor? Exactly 12midnight so it's January 26 when I feel uncomfortable that every 5mins I need to pee. By 6am, I approached my Mom and told her "I'm not okay, my tummy really hurts". Then she asked me if there's water spill or panubigan but there's none. Then here comes some "Marites" haha! by the way sometimes they are helpful. They told my Mom to put leaves in my back "***putlang***" how it called, then later on I see blood. My husband and sister in law decided to bring me at the hospital, the hospital which was my OB suggested is at Estevez but they doesn't have room. The good thing my best friend sister is working in there and help us contact other hospital if they have vacant rooms. I remember everytime that it hurts I wanna lay down on a tricycle. So I'm in pain by 12midnight and my baby come out by 2:54 in the afternoon. I think 14-15hrs of labor? 10. Weight? 2.94kg 11. Baby's Name? If it's a boy, my husband like the name "Oliver Sykes" but if it's a girl "Hailey". For me, I don't want two words I just want three letters only or not too long. We ended up in GAVIN, a combination form our given names. **Gavin means "God-send", "white hawk".** *Reminiscing my pregnancy journey from the first heartbeat to its movement and finally seeing him good and healthy. 9 months carrying him inside is not easy the mood swings, the laziness, the cravings and the monthly check ups was all worth it. Though I didn't deliver it in a normal way, I am blessed that I survived the operation and I can call myself a,* ***WONDERMOM!****!!*

Good deeds. *Give without expecting anything in return.* I was going to work this yesterday morning (March 25th). I'm a little bit curious why there's no jeepney passing by and it's already 7:45 am, I am worried that I would be late again. Then one jeepney came and it easily loaded with passengers. I was sitting at the back of the side of the driver's seat and there's a vacant at the side of it together with one passenger. One guy approach the jeepney driver and told him if he can ride the old man, the jeepney driver response okay. The old man sitting in front of me looks so very tired. Wiping his sweat face. The reason why there's no jeepney passing by, is it because there's a Grand proclamation rally. There's a lot of people along the side of the street and a lot of jeepney, motorcycle and cars. It caused a moderate traffic. While witnessing the people along the street, the old man started to share his story to the lady beside her about the running candidate for vice-mayor in our city. I don't want to interrupt their talk that's why I just listened to them. The story of the old man goes like this "I woke up this very early morning and walked from our house to the candidate house trying my luck if he will help me to buy milk for my grandkid". Grandparents can give greater love from their grandkids. From what he said, I felt so sad it really tear my heart. I remember my parents who always there for me whenever I don't have enough money to buy the needs of Gav. My Mom and Dad always there willing to lend me some without anything in return. As a mother, I have this soft-kindhearted when it comes to a child. The lady beside him grab her wallet and give the old man a 200 peso bill ($4) the old man refused it but the young lady insisted it *"Use this, and you can buy milk for your grandkid"*. She's a good Samaritan, and I am amaze by what she did. I saw the happiness of the old man through his eyes, the next thing he said he didn't saw the candidate his looking for and he just approach other person if they can help him but he became sad while saying this "*****they can say that they dont have something to give I'll understand that, but they say I don't have money, "wala akong pera"!"*****. For me, I think he felt so down by those people. I felt really sorry for him to hear those rude, sarcastic word. Hopefully they said it in a nice way. That time, I only have 20 peso bill in my wallet but I have the money for the construction of our house. I get the 500 peso bill ($10) thinking to give it to the old man. But I want to give it when I leave the jeepney so that the old man can't reject it. I told the young lady to give it to the old man, and the old man look at me but I hurriedly went down the jeepney not seeing his face. I didn't even look back, I'll continue to walk as if there's nothing happen. I felt so relaxed that in simple way I helped him. I make it in a silence way, no video recording or posting in social media. If we really wanted to help, we can do it without it. We don't need other people's approval or opinion. At first, Yes I was in doubt giving him the money. It's a huge amount for me nowadays, it is very difficult to earn but my conscience telling me it's okay its just money, you can earn it. Seeing my life I am super blessed, and if you are blessed with something there's nothing wrong in sharing it. Last night, I am thinking how's the old man? Hopefully he bought milk to his/her grandkid or anything they need that God will always protect him.     Proverbs 19:17 " Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed".

A Saturday, well spent... Malls are now open for children and senior citizens with health protocols. Of course follow social distancing and wear face mask at all time. I'm glad that they lifted up the alert of pandemic restrictions. Today, March 19, 2022 Saturday we decided to have a family time. Now that malls are now open and children can now enter in malls we bring Gavin out. So it's Gavin's day out! I want him to have some haircut but everytime we visit my brother in law he's not available, he is the one who cut Gavin's hair whenever my mom is not in the mood. Haha! Yes my mom do it sometimes :). As a mom, I can't do it, I'm afraid that I will be tearing Gav ear sometimes he is so naughty. Lol! We went to one of the barber shop store in SM, good thing they have here a mini car for kids I guess the purpose of this to caught the attention of the kid and not moving around or cry. The lady in front told us that we need to wait for an hour because there's a lot of customers. So, instead of waiting we stroll inside the Department store toys corner, Gavin is not a typical of kid that cry over a toy. At his age, he is very understanding I just told him, *we don't have enough money to purchase it maybe some other time will visit and bought what you want*. He knows how to listen and if I'm already mad, he always said "***Sorry, Mama***". After we stroll around the Toys corner, we decided to proceed at the supermarket for Gavin's need and do our grocery. He is enjoying while sitting in a big cart, by the way this is the first time he visit supermarket.. He kept on pointing some snacks that he wants, so I let him put it in the cart. Most of the counters are queuing because of the 3 day sale, so while Im falling in line I let them (Husband and Gav) to proceed at the barber shop. When I'm done I proceed to the store, but they still on the line. One of the Barber saw us waiting then called us asking if my son is naughty, I said yes he is but he knows how to listen. And then success! It was a relax and smooth cut, the barber didn't feel any difficulties at all :) And lastly dinner time. My husband wants to eat at Chowking, yes we do love Chowking and we ordered always Lauriat (that's a heavy meal) but Gavin is an avid fan of Jollibee haha! Most of the kids I guess Jollibee is the best. Then we ended up in Jollibee, ordered our favorite super meal. Gav just ate the spaghetti and rice. Thankful that my day off falls by weekend I do have time for my family and to Gavin. *How do you spent your day?* Whatever it is, hope you enjoyed the day! Well, that's it for now! Thanks everyone for always supporting my article. 😘

My life in Manila for 10years.. When I was young, it was my dream to live in Manila, to see big buildings and malls. To easily travel to its nearest sights like Tagaytay, Baguio and so on. Being so curious what and how it feels to live in there. During Christmas season,  Manila is one of the best place to visit. Lively, busy streets. 2010 when I decided to stay in Manila with my older brother and try my luck to find a better job. Manila offers manila rate and some company offer high salary unlike in provinces. Gladly, I was employed in a company that handled famous malls in the Philippines. Working in a mall, you are required to work during weekends. My day off that time is Wednesday because a lot of people come during weekends. I've stayed in that company for almost 4 years. Found new friends that have communication until now. After my resignation, I return to my province and have my vacation for 5 months thinking that I will find a better job but then I come back to Manila again. My friend who's my co -work in my previous job told me that their company are hiring, another company that handles real estate with commercial malls. I tried to apply and got the job, again I am assigned in a mall collecting payments for tenant's utilities. That time our rest day is Sunday and by Saturday we are allowed to work for half day only. Everyday I am travelling for 2-3 hours (Valenzuela - Eastwood and Vice versa). Being one of the commuters in Metro Manila feels like a soldier, Lol! They've said *"ang ayos mo sumakay, bababa ka na para kang ilinaban sa giyera".* Everyday I woke up by 4am and got home by 10pm sometimes 11pm if there's a heavy traffic. That's my everyday routine, tough right? I've experienced running over a jeepney, sat on the center due to a lot of passengers just to reach my destination. Also, when riding a bus I need to hug my bag so tight to avoid snatchers *at makipagbalyahan sa mga kapwa pasahero.* I even experience being at the door of the bus even standing all the way for there's no vacant seat (leg cramps is real). I also experienced sleeping and passed the drop off area, It's really hard to be a commuter. But after a year, I decided to rent as bed spacer at the back of Eastwood so that no hussle for everyday commuting. For a month I pay 2,500php including electricity and water. My roommates are call center employees sometimes I'm on a deep sleep and they are going to work. When it comes to food, I bought in tapsilogan, karinderya or turo-turo. Living while working for a couple of years gives me privileged  to party, to eat in a cozy restaurant, to travel and be free to go where I want. By the salary I am earning I'm able to help my family also my needs and wants. Living in Manila is hard especially when you don't have your own house, car or enough money. By the time I've got married we rented a studio type that cost 6,000/month but just a couple of months we transfer into a apartment with 1bedroom that cost 7,000/month. And when I got pregnant the expenses got bigger that's why I decided to gave birth in our province. My husband decided to resigned from his work and apply for a job in the province due to our expenses getting bigger and the transportation is so hussle for him. We are living in the same province and city that's why it is not a hindrance to both of us. ***After my 5 years in one company in Eastwood, I decided to go back to province and settle for good. Letting go my career and choose my family first***. 💙 But then, all my experiences are some of my happy moments that I will be forever cherish and remembered. One day I can tell them my story that life is never been easy if you want to be independent in life. Be **brave**, be **strong** and most importantly to **enjoy life!**

The Happy Island: Catanduanes 🏝️ *Let me take you to the beautiful land of Catanduanes...* Looking for a best place to travel? If you are looking for a perfect place to travel, unwind and  adventure this perfectly fits for you. My dream destination was Batanes, we can't afford to go there that's why we came up to a point why don't we have to explore our own region? Anyway, Region V (Bicol Region) has a lot of beautiful places to go, some of it are hidden you just need to explore or search for it. Why we have to travel too far when we have it in our place? In this article, I will share my own experiences, my travel and my adventure. We decided to celebrate our honeymoon in this place, I'm not good in making itinerary that's why I have to thank Google haha! Before the wedding, I've booked in Majestic Puraran Beach resort (*The surfing hub of Catanduanes*) for 3 days and 2 nights. There's a lot of professional surfers chasing those giant waves. We meet some foreigners from other country's, they are so kind and they really love the place. Imagine, the foreigners stayed there always maintain the cleanliness of the resort. The resort also offered delicious and fresh seafoods and veggies, you just have to wait for an hour to cook your order. Their food is one of the best! They have rooms or kubo where you can stay. Summer is the perfect time to visit the place. *****Places we visited:***** Binurong View point Bote lighthouse Maribina waterfalls Balacay point Bato church 📍**BINURONG POINT** 📍**BOTE LIGHTHOUSE** 📍**MARIBINA WATERFALLS** 📍**BALACAY POINT** 📍BATO CHURCH All of that happened in our first day of stay in the resort, for just 1day we made it! Woke up by 5am, fixed our things and rent a habal-habal, that's difficult (nakakangalay) we are three riding in a single motorcycle. I forgot how much we consume gasoline, the entrance, the tip for the tour guide, the food, the time we consumed in every place we went. I just remember that I am enjoying every minute of it. Tired for every trail especially the Bote lighthouse, it's very tricky and risky but in the end or top of it is whooooah! WORTH IT! That was some of our adventure, there's more places to visit too but our stay is not enough to travel them all, atleast we have explored some of the best spot. Hoping that someday we could go back, I really fall in love with the place. No wonder why some tourist spots in Catanduanes is comparing it to Batanes. *****Travel while you're young. Enjoy and see the beauty of God's creation. We only lived once, so  make the most of it! Happy travel.***** Catanduanes must be on your bucket list. 😉😉😉

The Love story.. *"If God brings you to it, he will bring you to it".* Being the oldest and only girl, my siblings always teased me if ever I do have a boyfriend. When will be the time I can introduce them my boyfriend or is there someone who's interested with me? Duh! They're bullying me all the time. Also, my Mom and Dad always reminding me that I should finish my studies first and after that I can have a boyfriend or even got married but not baby first before married (that's how strict they are). When we became official by year 2009, our relationship goes smoothly compared to other relationship I've heard or seen. But, we also encounter problems because there is no perfect relationship. Relationship have ups and downs. Graduation day year 2010, whoooah! Finally I survived my thesis and I've graduated my four year course with a degree which I am proud of. All my hardworks are paid off, that's one of my simbang gabi wishlist and it came true.. During our graduation, I decided to invite Jun (well, name revealed) to come to our house and meet my family. I am very nervous that time, I really don't know how to introduce him to our family because that also the first time I will bring a guy in our house thinking that my parents and siblings are so strict. I guess he feel the same way too. But then, they welcomed him with whole heartedly. That's the start of our open relationship. Years passed by we always celebrate our anniversaries as one of the most important day for us. We travel, eat in a fine dine resto just as simple as that. But during our 7th year anniversary (2016 to be exact), he **PROPOSED**. Omgggggg! He proposed in front of my parents, siblings, relatives and friends if I will be marrying him. Of course, I said YESSSSSS!!!! After that successful night, we are so happy that finally we are engaged. We almost cried (tears of joy). *That's what I want, if the time will come that he will propose, I want it at our house and I want my family to be there and he made it!* Year 2018 our wedding year, everything went so smoothly from the preparation, pamamanhikan, pre-nup and wedding day. `I am so happy that finally I marry my high school crush.....` Naalala ko ang sabi ni Mama "*kapag may gusto ka ipagdasal mo, kapag mahal mo isama mo sa prayers mo".* Prayers is truly powerful! Imagine, pinagdasal ko lang noong simbang gabi and it came true. I didn't expect na siya pala, na siya pala yung ihaharap ko sa simbahan and said... Lord, THANK YOU eto na! Siya palaaaaaaa... There's nothing wrong in praying, God always hear and knows what is really the best for us. Maybe in the right time he will turn your heartbreak into HAPPINESS! **His confession:** *"Naalala mo during our 2nd year high school? Nakita kita sa tabi tahimik lang then I want to get to know you. Then, pinagtagpo ulit tayo, baka destiny talaga".* Kiliiiig yaaaaarn?? Hahaha.. And thats my LOVE STORY :)

Is he the One?? *"Walang totoong pag ibig na hindi nakapaghihintay sa tamang panahon."* As a continuation to my first article "My Highschool Crush". Does our story ends in there?? Are we DESTINED to each other? Is he really the one? As our highschool ends, we are now taking to another step of our lives, hello to College world. One of the school University in our city offers low tuition fee so I grab the opportunity to take the entrance exam. During the examination day, I saw him and it was just a simple "Hi and Hello" with a **smile**. The sad part, I didn't passed the exam so I decided to enroll in other University. I don't know if he also passed the exam, as we don't have any communication at all. We are living in the same city, it's not obvious if our paths crossed. I saw him one day while I am waiting a tricycle , he passed by. He's wearing a uniform by other University, I guess he didn't passed the entrance exam where we take. Years past by, we didn't see or communicate with each other. Fast forward.... December 2008, Simbang Gabi. I just heard from my Mom that if you completed the Simbang Gabi, make a wish and your wish will come true. During that time, I am struggling in my thesis that was my first wish to passed and graduate on time. Also, I wished I will meet the guy of my life. A guy who would love me and never leave me, a guy who will be my husband. Oh! Diba para akong despirada haha! Jowang-jowa na ghurl! There's nothing wrong in trying so I completed the Simbang Gabi. Summer of 2009 when I met Mr. M, I thought he's the one. One day, when I was strolling around the city I saw the recent ex-girlfriend of my ex (I've seen them in friendster) I approached her and asked "*How are you? Naging kayo pala, anyway do you still have contact number of him*? Sarcastic, direct to the point ako! I dont know if she knew our past, whatever! Haha (*sa ex niya pa talaga hiningi ko yung number niya*). Then that's the start we have communication with each other. We called each other "Ex", we are friends. He has a new girlfriend, and I am in a relationship with Mr. M. One day, Mr. M cheated on me (*mahal niya pa daw ang ex niya*) we are together a couple of months but then it didn't work. I cried all night, I need someone to talk to. Ex called me, I cried and told him everything, I was really in a heartbreak. Our closeness gets deeper then he asked me, "*Can I be your boyfriend this time*"? But he's in a relationship with someone, so I told him we can't be your girlfriend at the same time, you need to choose only one. Then he chose me (haba ng hair ni ghurrrrl)! September 2009 when our relationship become official. That's when our true love story begins....... Are we destined to each other? Is he really the one? Is he the answered prayer of mine?? *"Pinagtapo pero di tinadhana o Pinagtagpo at itinadhana"?* ***TO BE CONTINUED*****....**

@iAmVhan

My highschool crush. Love month is not yet over. For you, *how can you define love?* *What is your love story?* *How it all started?* *When was the last time na kinilig ka?* Each of us have a unique love story. In this article, I want to share my love story although Valentine's Day is over I'm not yet late to share it, right? Still, everyday is the best time to love. I really love this Bible verse quote **Isaiah 60:22 When the Time Is Right I, the Lord Will Make It Happen.** It all started when..... I was on my second year high school year 2012 when I meet him. Supposed to be I'm in section 1. If you are in section 1 that means you have a higher grade and for those lower section are having low grade. But there's a sudden change in our school there is"re-shuffle" of students. Meaning, mixing students and there is no sections anymore. First day of school, I'm so mad being in that section (di ko bet mga kaklase ko! Haha! Just kidding) but as the days passed by I'm enjoying it. I noticed this certain guy with dark complexion and petite. He's a silent type guy. Here comes the election of class officers, I am elected as a Secretary in our room. Everytime I am obliged to collect 2.00 to bought floor wax. And this guy was elected as a Business officers. One of my classmates is a friend of mine he's also my neighbor. Every lunch time we are always together. Then this guy suddenly become a friend of my neighbor, so for short naging close din kami. I find this guy so cute! And everytime that I'm in his company, there's a butterfly in my stomach! Haha. Aysus kinikilig talaga ako. He's my crush... Super crush! After getting to know each other, we've exchanging love letters (yes! Uso pa noon ang love letters) pero I never kept one :'( As the day goes by, our feelings are mutual. One day I told him "Yes, pumapayag na ako maging girlfriend mo" (super kabado ako!). I can see in his face that he's a little bit confused. Then after a month I am expecting something, a surprise letter or gift but he didn't know that it's our 1st monthsary. I didn't talked to him a couple of days. In our room, some of my classmates make a way on how we can be okay, so we talk to each other after school hours. He asked me why I didn't noticing or even talking to him, I answered "you almost forgot our 1st monthsary". He was shocked! For short, hindi niya alam na sinagot ko na pala siya or masyado lang ako nag assume. Hahahaha! So, for him I think we are not into relationship. 💔 After he talked, we broke up! So confusing actually we are not pala, so walang break up! Haha. Here comes the junior high, we are not classmates anymore. I'm back in section 1 and he's in section 7 but we are in the same campus that's why I always saw him around which makes me feel a little bit uncomfortable, I think because of the past. But still, I have feelings for him. Some of our friends teasing us. By that time, I dont have some time and I'm focusing on my studies so we didn't talked even once. When you reach junior high there's an event called JS Prom (Junior and Senior Prom). It's my first time to attend and everyone's wearing a formal attire, a night of glitz and glamour. When a sweet song played, he approached and asked me "Can I dance you?... (kilig si ghurl! Haha). Of course I'm not pabebe that time. We danced after that he sat beside me and we talk a little. Senior high! First day of school, again I'm on section 1. Our professor is calling our names one by one so we need to fall in line. Next the section 2, I heard his name being called. I am surprised that he's in section 2 and our classroom are side of us. I can't explain the feeling of seeing him again and he smiled at me. Still, I have feelings for him. I am being thrilled to see him again and he's cute and handsome! One of my friend gave my number to him, our schoolmates always teasing us. We exchanging text messages, we even call each other and we go out together. Then come the prom again, sadly I wasn't able to attend. My cousin told me that this guy is looking for me, she told me that this guy is so handsome that night wearing a coat they even dance because I'm not there. I think my cousin makes me jealous. This guy is handsome that's why some of the girls roaming around him. One day, our campus had an event called Victory Ball so juniors and seniors have a night to party. We dance all night but there is a girl who's looking for him. I heard that this girl have feelings for him and this guy (my ex boyfriend kuno?) wanted to court this girl and the same time he is courting me. I got mad, I left him in that ball and he even go out of the campus and goes home. I really don't know how to feel that night, then I set him free..... After a couple of days, I see them together after school hours. They are together leaving the campus. It really breaks my heart. I really like him but I don't know why our relationship is like that and suddenly he's now in relationship. I almost cried every night, after school hours my guy best friend knows I'm in pain that's why he never leave me and told me not to see them together cause it will hurt me more. We didn't have communication after graduation, doesn't have any closure. Will I ever see him again? Because I still like him... TO BE CONTINUED...

Celebrate my special day at Kape Zebra. As we grow older we only want a simple celebration, there are times we dont want some gatherings because we are thinking for the budget. As I celebrate my birthday last February 6, I am happy and grateful that finally I celebrate it with my little family. After church we decided to try the new resto near our place and in there I got a chance to celebrate my birthday (Thanks to my brother who sends me cash as a birthday gift!). Travel time is 15mins away from our house. Here are some of my captured shots. ****KAPE**** ****ZEBRA**** ***Kape Zebra*** is a mini cafe located at Pawa Road Legazpi City, Albay (PH). A good place to relax with good ambiance, good coffee and pastries that their customers will definitely love. A perfect place for family bonding, catching up with friends and also for couples. What I like in this place is the fresh air, peacefulness and its uniqueness which sorrounded by coconut trees. The wide space and the design is very instagramable, right? On their menu, we just ordered Hawaiian Pizza, Chicken Pops, Cheese French Fries, Ice Tea, Oreo Cookie Frappe and a piece of Cake. The one who get our order put a "*Happy* *Birthday*" on the piece of the cake I ordered. I am so touched that they made an effort like this. By the way, my son kept on singing "Happy Birthday, Mama" that's why the waitress know that I am celebrating my birthday. Me and my husband really planning to visit this place last year month of December but due to busy schedules we are not able to make it. I also promised one of my friend in noise.cash that if ever I am going to visit this place I will share some captured photos of mine, well not just shared photos I already made an article about my experience in this place. Hello to Sir @Giddyboy hope you could remember. I know its kinda late but they said "It's better late than never".. :) Birthdays are special, it reminds us that God created us and we should be thankful for another year to celebrate. We can celebrate it want we want, the important is we celebrate it with our loved ones and those special people around us.

Thirty-two years of existence.. Today, I am celebrating my 32nd birthday and this day I decided to join this platform and write my very first article. As I introduce myself, please welcome me with open arms (choz!!!) that would be a great birthday gift to me. Hello read.cash family, I'm a newbie in here so please correct me or you can give me some advices on how to go along in this community. I am just not here to earn, like my purpose in noise.cash I want to interact with others, show my feelings and I can share my thoughts freely. I got married to my ultimate crush by the year of 2018 month of April (a summer love). After a month we received blessing from above. I am a mother of a three year old little boy named "Gavin". Gavin means *God send* or *white hawk* . This little boy is really God send to us to brighten our day, and he made us complete.. I am happy what my life goes by, for almost a years of existence I know God's planned for me is all in his control. Life may be tough, yes! very tough... but when you have faith everything is possible. To end this, of course I have a three birthday wishes: I wish pandemic will end, let's just get back to normal. I want my son to see the beauty around him and move freely as a child. Be healthy. Lastly, to build our dream house this year. 🙏 February 6, 2022 🎉
