Putien "100-second" stewed yellow croaker

For today's lunch, I am back at Putien to try out another dish. Putien is located at the Garden Mall, a restaurant that specializes in Fujian cuisine. It also won the 2016 Michelin One-Star Restaurant.

Current Putien is having a promotion for their "100-second" stewed yellow croaker selling for RM25. This dish normally sells at RM50 when you look at the menu. I order along a bowl of rice and a cup of water when I eat this. The yellow Croaker is lean and full-flavoured, with an almost sweet taste. The flesh is firm, the soup is delicious. Recommend pouring the soup into the rice when you eat this fish.
