Kyoto Blue cheesecake

When passing by the bakery store near my condominium, I decided to buy their Kyoto Blue cheesecake. It is sold at RM7 per piece. The type of cheesecake they make actually calls Japanese cheesecake. Japanese cheesecake is made with cream cheese, butter, sugar, and eggs, and has a characteristically wobbly, airy texture, similar to chiffon cake. It is a variety of cheesecakes that is usually lighter in texture and less sweet than North American style cheesecakes. They mention blue because they put the blueberry jam on top of it.
