Pho Vietz Stir-fried beef vermicelli with lemongrass
For today's lunch, I visit this restaurant Pho Vietz, a Vietnamese restaurant located at the Mid Valley MegaMall to try out another dish. Their KL Pavillion Mall branch closed, so I needed to travel here to enjoy their Vietnamese dish.
After looking at the menu for some time, I decided to order their Stir-fried beef vermicelli with lemongrass. It is sold at RM21.90 per bowl after including the 6% Service tax. For those who don't know what Vermicelli is, it is a traditional type of pasta similar to spaghetti. In Vietnam, vermicelli is the same as angel hair pasta. Here are pictures of my Stir-fried beef vermicelli with lemongrass. Inside contain a lot of vegetables and Stir-fried beef. It also comes with a bowl of fish sauce. You pour the fish sauce and mix it before eating it.
