Dragon-i La Mian with Minced Meat and Vegetable Wontons
Today lunch I visit the Dragon-i restaurant, I haven't visited for some time and decided to come here to try out another dish. This restaurant specializes in Shanghainese cuisine. This restaurant is located at the Pavillion Mall, you can reach it by going MRT. it within walking distance of MRT Bukit Bintang.
This time I order the La Mian with Minced Meat and Vegetable Wontons. After including the service tax, the total cost for this dish is actually RM20.80 when you dine in. For those who don't know what La mian is, it is a type of soft wheat flour Chinese noodle. Lamian is made by twisting, stretching, and folding the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough. The length and thickness of the strands depending on the number of times the dough is folded. Here are pictures of my La Mian with Minced Meat and Vegetable Wontons. It comes with 4 wontons in it, it is sweet when I bite the wontons. The dish may look plain but the wontons sweet meat juice will make up for it. When they serve the dish, their staff will bring along a scissor and ask if you want them to cut it to make it easier for you to eat since the la mian noodles are normally very long.
