Sautao XO sauce shrimp egg noodles

This instant noodle is one of the few I love to eat, it is Sautao brand XO sauce shrimp egg noodles. This instant noodle is normally 2 to 3 times more expensive than those average instant noodles, normally sell around RM13 to RM16 per pack.

For those who don't know what XO sauce is, it is a seafood sauce with an umami flavour. For this instant noodle, they use shrimp as the main source. It is commonly used in southern Chinese regions such as Guangdong.

Inside each of this pack contain 2 portions of egg noodles and 2 pack of XO sauce pack. Each is enough for 2 people unless you are a big eater like me. Here are pictures of me preparing it.
