Senya Dining Chirashi sushi

Today dinner I visit the Senya Dining at the KLCC Suria Mall to buy their 50% discount bento and sushi set.

After looking around for some time, I decided to buy the Chirashi sushi and Chuka IIdako. With the 50% discount, I only pay RM13.55 for it. Chirashi means ‘scattered’ and is a dish with sashimi served on top of a bowl of flavoured sushi rice. The toppings used in chirashi can be different from region to region in Japan – and, while raw fish is sometimes used, sometimes it also consists of vegetables and cooked seafood. The Senya Dining version contains salmon, tuna, octopus, ebiko, Japanese cucumber and egg.
