Half Briton Coffee Classic Beef stew
Today I have my dinner at Half Briton Coffee which is located at the Wangsa Walk Mall. This restaurant serves a lot of authentic western food.
After looking at the menu, I decided to order the Classic Beef stew. it is priced at RM15 per bowl. The stew comes with a Texas toast. For those who don't know what a stew is, a stew is a combination of solid food ingredients that have been cooked in liquid and served in the resultant gravy. Ingredients in a stew can include any combination of vegetables and may include meat, especially tougher meats suitable for slow-cooking, such as beef, poultry, sausages, and seafood.
