Ichiban Ramen Restaurant smoked duck ramen

Today I have my lunch at the Ichiban Ramen, a Japanese Restaurant, this restaurant is located at the Sunway Velocity Mall. The last time I came here is around 9 months ago, time to revisit it to try another dish.

This time I order a medium size smoked duck ramen which cost RM20.90 with the 16% service tax included. For those who don't know what Ramen is, it is a Japanese noodle soup. It consists of Chinese wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork (叉焼, chāshū), nori (dried seaweed), menma, and scallions. This smoked duck ramen replaced the sliced pork with smoked duck meat. If you love smoked duck meat then this is the dish for you.
