Summer Marche Goi Cuon
The KLCC Isetan is now having an event called summer marche promoting some foods for sale. One of it is a Vietnamese stall called Vietnam noodles cafe.
Because I am not in the mood for a heavy meal today, I decided to only have Goi Cuon which cost RM12 per box. Goi Cuon or fresh spring rolls is a Vietnamese dish traditionally consisting of pork, prawn, vegetables, rice vermicelli, and other ingredients wrapped in rice paper. Each box contains 2 Goi Cuon and one small bowl of fish sauce. The spring roll is fresh and tastes great with fish sauce.
