Hock Kee red vinasse pork rice

Today afternoon I visit the Lot 10 food court to have my lunch, this time I buy my lunch from Hock Kee stall, a stall specializing in hock chew cuisine.

After looking at the menu, I order their hock chew red vinasse pork rice. It cost RM12 per plate, the dish comes with a bowl of rice and a bowl of soup. For those who don't know what red vinasse is, it is the remains of the fermented glutinous rice and red yeast rice for making red rice wine. It gives a subtle but pleasant taste to food.
