Santan Cafe nipah palm santan frappe
When I am at the Mid Valley Megamall to have my lunch, I pass by this cafe called Santan Cafe. It is opened by AirAsia Berhad, a Malaysian multinational low-cost airline company. Currently, they have new drinks called the Signature Nipah Series, all selling at RM5 per cup. Nipah palm are also called Gula Apong. It is a variant of jaggery, which is made from the sap of the nipah palm or Nypa fruticans. Nypa fruticans, commonly known as the nipa palm (or simply nipa) or mangrove palm, are found in many in the Sarawak coastline. I order the nipah palm santan frappe, it uses coconut milk instead of milk. Instead of sugar, they use the nipah palm syrup. To get the RM5 offer, you need to order it by using their phone app.
