Nasi Kandar DEEN 3 layer tea

While I am having my lunch at the Nasi Kandar DEEN, I saw this drink call 3 layer tea and decide to order 1 cup for myself. Three-layer tea is also called Teh C Peng Special. This tea is made up of three layers the melted palm sugar, evaporated milk, and black tea. Due to the density of each layer, they create separate layers of different colors.
