Sushi zanmai Special unadon

Today I visit Sushi Zanmai to have my lunch. This Japanese restaurant is located at Avenue K Mall if you want to visit it. This month menu feature Unagi dishes, I decided to try their Special Unadon. Unadon consists typically of a donburi-type large bowl filled with steamed white rice and topped with fillets of eel (unagi) grilled in a style known as kabayaki, similar to teriyaki. The fillets are glazed with a sweetened soy-based sauce, called tare and caramelized. When you order this, it come with a small kettle of soup to pour into it to eat with it.
