Nanyang Cafe deep-fried wontons with tossed noodles
Today I have worked at the Eko Cheras Mall again, so I have my lunch at this mall again. This time I visit the Nanyang Cafe which I haven't visited since the beginning of FMCO. They are now open for dine-in for those who already have been vaccinated.
After looking at the menu, I order the deep-fried wontons with tossed noodles. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM16.10. For those who don't know what Wonton is, it resembles dumplings but usually have a smaller filling and is wrapped in a thin yellow square dough and folded into a triangular shape while jiaozi is wrapped in a slightly thicker circular white dough wrapper with a larger filling and either flat or pleated edges Wontons are traditionally served in soup, but jiaozi is usually eaten with dipping sauce.
