Hofu Mala Hotpot fish skin
Today lunch, I decided to test out the Hofu Mala Hotpot fish skin. I recently buy it from the Cold Storage store at KLCC Suria Mall for only RM5. Mala is a spicy and numbing seasoning made from Sichuan peppercorn and chili pepper. Here is how it looks like inside.
The way I eat it is by using as topping on my fried rice which I brought from a mix rice stall. Make sure you don't pour all if you are not the type who can take spicy foods.
