Ming Ren Xuan Chilled avocado puree with chocolate sauce
After my lunch, I pass by this Cantonese restaurant called Ming Ren Xuan located at level3 in Avenue K Mall. I decided to check what sort of dessert they have for sales.
After looking at their dessert menu, I order their chilled avocado puree with chocolate sauce. After including the service tax, the total cost for this dessert is RM15.10 per bowl. A purée is cooked food, usually, vegetables, fruits, or legumes, that has been ground, pressed, blended, or sieved to the consistency of a creamy paste or liquid. When the chilled avocado puree with chocolate sauce is served, it comes with a bowl of biscuit crumbs at the bottom. The dish is beautiful, they put a nice chocolate pattern on the avocado puree.
