Sun Moulin Palmier
Yesterday When I pass by the Sun Moulin bakery shop in the KLCC Suria Mall, I saw this interesting pastry called Palmier. Palmier is also called pig's ear, palm heart, or elephant ear is a French pastry in a palm leaf shape or a butterfly shape. Palmiers are made from puff pastry, a laminated dough similar to the dough used for croissants, but without yeast. I have it with coffee for my breakfast.
