The Symbolic meaning behind Malaysia Yang di-Pertuan Agong throne
This picture about the throne was taken a few days ago when I visit the Malaysia Royal Museum which is Formerly the National Palace. The structure at the feet of the throne is decorated with golden rice composition representing luxury and prosperity. The craving at the armrest has been designed to look realistic and give the 3 dimension effect. Meanwhile, the carving at the headrest of the throne is decorated with detailed Quranic verses.
