Delica Saya chicken yakisoba

Today I decided to have something simple for my lunch by buying the chicken yakisoba from Delica Saya which cost RM10.60 per box. Yakisoba is a Japanese noodle stir-fried dish. Usually, soba noodles are made from buckwheat flour, typically flavoured with a condiment similar to Worcestershire sauce. Yakisoba is prepared by frying ramen-style wheat noodles with bite-sized pork and finely chopped vegetables like cabbage, onions, bean sprouts, and carrots. It is then flavoured with yakisoba sauce, salt, and pepper. It can be served with a variety of garnishes, such as seaweed powder, shredded pickled ginger, bonito fish flakes, or Japanese-style mayonnaise.
