Zhia Kitchen Anchovy fried rice

After I received my 2nd vaccination at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) building, I came across this Chinese restaurant call Zhia Kitchen at the Sunway Putra Mall. It is located on the 3rd floor if you ever want to visit it. I use to visit their restaurant at Berjaya Time Square Mall when I needed to visit some dealer there to buy some collection. However their Berjaya Time Square few yeats ago. Their use to have around 5 branches but now only left 2 branches, I wish they make it out of the lockdown period. Their food is really good, I recommend you visit them when the lockdown is over.

After looking at their menu for some time, I decided to order the Anchovy fried rice. It cost RM12.90 per plate. For those who don't know what Anchovies is, it is small, common saltwater forage fish in the family Engraulidae. The type of Anchovy they use is the smaller size which is more expensive than the average size Anchovy, it is also my favourite because of the crispiness after fried.
