Mat Rock Foodtruck Nasi Ayam kunyit

For today's dinner, I saw this food truck near my condominium and decided to go there to see what they have for sales. This Mat Rock Foodtruck sells " kunyit goreng" dish, a stir-fry dish using Turmeric in English. Turmeric is a spice, widely used in Asian cooking.  It is one of the main ingredients of curry powder and is used to give it the characteristic yellow colour. It is also delicious added to rice dishes, seafood, and mustards, and pickles.

I actually wanted to order the sotong mean squid in English. However they told me only left the chicken, so I order that instead. It cost RM6 per box. Here are pictures of my foods.
