Restoran BRJ Bistro Corner nasi lemak sizzling Kambing

Today I have my dinner at Restoran BRJ Bistro Corner, a Mamak restaurant in Wangsa Maju Section 2 area.

This time I plan to try their nasi lemak sizzling Kambing which cost RM8 per plate. For those who don't know what nasi lemak is, it is a dish originating in Malay cuisine that consists of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. It is commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered the national dish. nasi lemak is served with sambal sauce, and usually includes various garnishes, including fresh cucumber slices, ikan bilis, roasted peanuts, and hard-boiled or fried egg. As a more substantial meal, nasi lemak may also be served with an additional protein dish such as fried chicken, sambal sotong, small fried fish, cockles, and rendang daging. This nasi lemak sizzling Kambing is nasi lemak served on a hot plate. Kambing means goat in Malay. The hot plate made the nasi lemak experience from normal nasi lemak. The hot plate heat spread the banana fragrance more and make the sambal sauce mixed with the goat curry sauce thicker.
