Jordan Hong Kong Restaurant Jordan's "Char Siew" rice
A new restaurant called Jordan Hong Kong Restaurant recently open inside the Pavillion KL Mall. It is a restaurant Specialist in authentic and innovative Hong Kong Char Chan Teng food.
After looking at their menu, I order Jordan's "Char Siew" rice which cost RM20.79 after including the 10% Service tax. Char siew is a Cantonese style of barbecued pork, it is a popular dish in hong kong. The dish contains rice covered with sliced char siew, half-boiled egg, pork lad and Chinese broccoli. Overall the meal is simple and nice. I prefer first to mix it all before I begin eating it when I eat this dish.
