Nyonya Pai tee

Today my grab wallet got enough point to claim this reward, it gives me a free Pai tee at the chicken rice shop at 960 points. So I decided to go to the Chicken Rice Shop at K Avenue locate near the KLCC LRT station. Here is how it looks like when served.

Pai Tee is a thin and crispy pastry tart shell kuih filled with a spicy, sweet mixture of thinly sliced vegetables and prawns. It is a popular Peranakan dish. The shells are made of flour and though some stores will make them from scratch, they can usually be found ready-made in most supermarkets.
