Jipinhe Scones black pepper beef with onion meat pie

Today I visit a restaurant called Jipinhe Scones for lunch, this branch is located at the Lot 10 Mall in the Bukit Bintang area. The Jipinhe Scones is a Chinese restaurant known for its Chinese meat pie.

This time I order two black pepper beef with onion meat pie which cost RM8.80 per portions. The meat pie is served in a paper bag when ordered. The meat pie is crispy outside while soft inside. This version of meat pie is not spicy and delicious.
