Soon-Ly Seafood Restaurant Creamy Butter Mantis Prawn rice

Today for dinner, I decided to order a Creamy Butter Mantis Prawn rice from Soon-Ly Seafood Restaurant. It ocst me only RM10 instead of RM12.50 thank to the promo code PICKUP20 that give me 20% discount. For those who don't know what a mantis prawn are, it is a carnivorous marine crustaceans of the order Stomatopoda, branching from other members of the class Malacostraca around 340 million years ago. In Cantonese cuisine, the mantis shrimp is known as "pissing shrimp" because of their tendency to shoot a jet of water when picked up. After cooking, their flesh is closer to that of lobsters than that of shrimp, and like lobsters, their shells are quite hard and require some pressure to crack.
