alfredo Seafood pasta

For today's lunch I visit Pasta western & Halal Chinese Food to see what food to buy.

After looking at their menu, I decided to order the alfredo Seafood sold at RM8 per portion. Alfredo is an Italian pasta dish of fresh fettuccine tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese. As the cheese melts, it emulsifies the liquids to form a smooth and rich sauce coating the pasta. The Alfredoname came from Alfredo di Lelio, who featured the dish at his restaurant in Rome in the early- to mid-20th century; the "ceremony" of preparing it tableside was an integral part of the dish. When I bring it home, I add even more parsley leaves because I like my pasta meal to have a lot of parsley leaves on it.

Here are pictures of my alfredo Seafood.
