The Nature's Fusion signature crispy Pork

For today's dinner, I visit the The Nature's Fusion at the Intermark Mall. They too also finally reopen for dine-in but only for those already vaccinated with 2 doses.

Because I am not really wanting to eat a lot, I decided to only order a small portion of their signature crispy Pork. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM14.60. In Chinese, we call it Siu yuk, it is part of Cantonese cuisine. It is made by roasting an entire pig with seasonings, such as salt and vinegar in a charcoal furnace at high temperatures. Roasted pigs of high quality have crisp skin and juicy and tender meat. Usually, the meat is served plain with its skin. Here are pictures of my signature crispy Pork when served.
